Kesselmann fitted my boiler a few years back and have since serviced it a couple of times. The fitting was neat, they tidied up after themselves, and they’ve always been reliable. They come on time, and send a text letting you know when the engineer is on their way. Can’t fault them.

Excellent service from Kesselmann. They were quick to respond to initial approach regarding a new boiler installation, survey and quote were booked in within a few days and detailed quote sent through promptly. At all times from the initial survey to the installation both Paul and Joe have been polite, professional and knowledgeable with great customer service follow up from Claire in the office. All work was completed to a high standard. Would highly recommend Kesselmann and wouldn't hesitate to use them for future work.

I had received incorrect diagnoses from other engineers. However, Paul from Kesselmann immediately identified the issue with my heating system and provided valuable, tailored advice for my home. Unlike some companies that seek quick profits without considering customer needs, Paul demonstrated genuine care and professionalism. He sent Joe to fix it, who was both professional and efficient. This company and its staff are the best I’ve ever encountered. They also have an excellent system to keep customers informed from start to finish. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They are the ones you can trust!

First time we’ve used Heat At Home yesterday and we’re so pleased with the service. Called and they were able to come to us within a few days. Highly delighted with the service I received from Sam. Good manners, considerate of the house (took his shoes off without being asked). Serviced the boiler and fitted a new kitchen tap. He was pleasant, efficient and tidy, and explained everything in depth with great knowledge. The whole process from booking to payment was really professional, transparent and hassle free. Good tradesmen are almost impossible to find these days and Heat at Home is such a refreshing change. I highly recommend these guys.

I needed a heating system change in my house. It involved the removal of a conventional system, all new pipes, new combi boiler, gas/boiler location move, and the replacement of every radiator. I was quite anxious about getting this work done because it can lead to a big, expensive mess. Thankfully, it was a great experience from quote to finish. The visible pipework is very clean and aesthetically pleasing, with some intuitive choices, minimising the pipes that are visible. They even repaired the brickwork where the old flue used to be. Stevie and Harley were hardworking, friendly and professional. It's another good example of why you should use a local company, and not a national one that might not care as much about its reputation.

Absolutely lovely! Boiler had stopped working after not being used whilst having some work done. Had a cancellation so arranged to visit a few days early. Brilliant! Sorted the problem very sensibly and cheaply for me (smile). Serviced the boiler and all working now. Really lovely guys and felt very comfortable whilst they were there.

Fantastic service from Tim today. He came to address our under floor heating issues and to install three new Nest thermostats. TC Heating Guys are just fabulous! We had a whole wet room done including knocking down a wall and redirecting the underfloor heating. The Team arrived on time, they are professional at all times; their customer service is second to none throughout even when we changed our mind on things last minute etc, they were still accommodating without any avoidance of more work. They plastered, tiled and fit all the shower, toilet, basin facilities and pipes and the final version of the wet room is stunning. Thank you. We cannot recommend these guys enough and for any work like this or boiler work or pluming we will be calling them because they are so ethical and have such high standards. A relative had an emergency boiler issue. Flow came out and sorted it same day. Very reasonable price and friendly, knowledgeable engineer. So impressed she booked a boiler service with the same company. Again, efficient and friendly with a decent price. The same company came a few weeks later to sort an emergency leak in the bathroom. Right from the initial conversation you can feel the professionalism of the company. Chris has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to boilers, he provided me with a lot of information to allow me to decide which boiler to ultimately choose. I needed urgent assistance to replace my boiler for my tenanted home and Chris came round and replaced this in a timely manner. I was provided with all my certificates within moments of him fitting the boiler. Ryan from Flow Heating was really friendly and worked hard and did an amazing job at putting in our boiler. He tried hard to fix our old boiler but it was old and despite his efforts it couldn't be fixed, but Ryan came the very next day and worked right through to install the new one. We feel that we were charged a very fair price and it has been made clear to us that if there are any problems they would sort it out. Luckily, there has been no problem and we are happy that we now have heating and hot water. We would recommend this company to anyone and we are over the moon with the service we receive.

Chris has been our go to plumber for years. He fitted our boiler and updated our central heating system, he's done all,of the annual checks too. He then fitted a full new bathroom for us, and made a fantastic job of it. Then a new kitchen, and also some additional radiators. Chris is always happy, does great job, keeps the place tidy. And he's not bad on the drums either! I won't go anywhere else now, if Chris isn't available, I'll wait until he is!!
