Absolutely delighted with our refurbished bathroom, Chris is extremely professional and is totally organised from start to finish, extremely knowledgeable giving good advice along the way. Very hard working, always turned up bang on time including the electricians & plasterer that work along with him. Everything was explained clearly with a plan of the order of work which was stuck to throughout the job. Access floors were all covered and cleaned at the end of each day, could not fault the clean way everything was left. We will not hesitate to recommend him.

I contacted John after seeing the good reviews online and being let down several times by multiple other tradesmen for my leaking shower. John responded quickly and turned up when he said he was going to to take a look at the problem and quickly provided a very comprehensive quote for the job. John had been realistic about his availability in carrying out the job (around 4-5weeks later) and stuck to his word. John did an excellent job on replacing my shower, shower tray, wall boards, glass screens, bath and basin taps and plugs. John also managed to replace the flooring during the job due to unexpected extensive damage from the leak. John takes great pride in his work ensuring that it was done to a high standard, allowing appropriate drying time between stages. He will only install trusted bathroom products to ensure no problems down the line. He was polite, efficient and keeps things tidy. John is very professional and reliable - which is difficult to find these days. I am very happy with the finished product, would recommend his services and will definitely use again for future plumbing jobs.

John recently renovated our bedroom en-suite. It involved replacing the tiling, shower, toilet and installing a new sink/cabinet unit and a new towel rail. He also encountered some unexpected issues relating to the floor and wall condition. He is an outstanding tradesman and did a high quality job in all aspects. We had a ground source heat pump installed by another company 10 years ago. We had no follow up service from this company after it was installed, despite having numerous problems from the start - atrocious service. We limped along with various companies and then we found Greenlinc. We contacted Dan, who immediately came and sorted us out and for the first time after years, we had a functioning heating system and warm floors. Fast forward to this year when the heat pump failed 3 days before Christmas. Despite not being at work, Dan answered his phone and helped us out. He accurately diagnosed the problem and got our pump working again. I cannot speak highly enough of Dan. He provides an excellent and efficient service and he cares, which is not a quality found these days.

Air Source Heat Pump Install 5 STAR Dan and Greenlinc installed my ASHP after previously been let down by another installer. Dan provided all the quotes and paperwork exactly on time as promised, started the install on the agreed date, was on time, his level of work is excellent. Dan and Craig are amazing. They answered every question we had and more. Very flexible with booking us in for quotes and installation. Worked with us to design the perfect heating and hot water system to suit our needs. Very professional and arrived promptly every day. We were always updated regularly via call or email. They worked flat out Monday to Sunday to get our system up and running. The house was always tidy when we came home and the system was installed as neatly as possible given the space limitations. After the installation they called round to check everything was working properly and always reply if we have more questions. Overall thoroughly impressed and would definitely recommend.

I came home to find water dripping from the light fitting in the utility room. Mark had been recommended to me so I phoned him and he said he’d come later in the afternoon. I was going to be away from home when he came. He said he’d call me when he was on his way, which he did, then called me when he arrived and then when he’d done the job. Mark had to break into the ceiling to fix the leak in the hot water pipe above. He was able to keep the damage to a minimum by using a thermal image camera to locate the leak. I was very impressed with his skill and professionalism, and that he kept me informed at all times. I thought that the work done represented good value, given that it was an emergency. I’d definitely recommend Mark as an excellent plumber.

Very pleased with the work Mark did for us. He rescued us from a burst tank in the airing cupboard, which flooded the kitchen, then returned at a later date to replace the cylinder and pipework. He also serviced the boiler and did a couple of other jobs for which he did not quote, but did them anyway. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable, and the price was as quoted. All in all, a good experience and we would thoroughly recommend him.

Really helpful, good advice when I wasn't sure what was right for my bathroom, kitchen & clockroom issues, great communication, very professional manner & tidied up after himself. I waited 36 hours for an emergency call out to no avail. It was then I decided to look up a heating and plumbing group and the first number I called was Clear Flow, I couldn’t believe my luck when an engineer arrived within half hour and got my heating back on . The engineer Oliver treated me with politeness and respect. I would recommend Clear Flow to all my friends and family , a brilliant and prompt service.

John arrived at my home to find person anxious female senior citizen .water had seeped through kitchen ceiling and around electric light fitting. He put me at ease and started work checking upstairs bathroom.The floor was saturated he lifted floor only to find mould growth and also puddles.of water. What a nightmare! He.traced and repaired the leak which had been there for some considerable time.onthe collar of a boxed in toilet. Ian is one of my neighbours, we had a little neighbourly disagreement about a hedge. However, when I moved in I said I may need his services to replace my boiler, obviously having had the issue with the hedge since then I was concerned that may have tarnished our relationship with us being amicable. However, Ian said he was happy to quote for the work, so I gave him the opportunity. He came in with a very competitive quote! So, I gave him the go ahead, he completed the work for me 3 days ago. Both Ian and his colleague were extremely professional, there was no hostility at all. The quality of the work was extremely good. We had a problem with one of our toilets leaking, he came out to inspect within the hour and gave a straightforward diagnosis of the problem. Toilet was replaced two days later on a Saturday, took about an hour and a half overall. He gave us a competitive quote, we are very happy with the service and would definitely use him again. I called this firm at 9pm on Saturday , and my call was answered straight away. I explained my problem ,-a blocked drain which was causing the toilet to overfill and back up. I was very worried that it would overflow. They talked through the problem , and waited while I checked another toilet, and basins for clear drainage. As it now wasn’t as urgent as I had thought, and it seemed it was safe for the night, they offered helpful advice for use of basins and another toilet overnight, and said they’d come late Sunday morning to have a look. The next day, Sunday, they sent several messages to confirm time of arrival , and when they came, although the water level had subsided , they checked the flush and the outside drain thoroughly, until they were sure it was cleared completely. I would 100% recommend this firm for efficiency, excellent and friendly communications, and fair pricing. 5 stars !

Mitsubishi Ecodan R290 8kW ASHP with Heat Geek series 300L cylinder Liam provided a thorough heat loss calculation and survey on his early visits to our home and it was immediately evident we would be in safe and knowledgable hands for our heat pump installation. He answered all of our questions (a Heat Geek and MCS accredited installer) so that we could make an informed decision. We did not ever feel rushed or pushed in any of the decisions at all and his advice was solely geared towards providing us with the best possible system for our home and budget.
