Previously had an lpg boiler installed by Rick Smith and his team following a reccomendation. Rick was the only person who managed to work out the problems with our heating system when others couldn't. They returned today to do it's annual service and we're as prompt and professional as they were a year ago. No hidden costs, good quality work and excellent communication each time we deal with them. Excellent job by Luke and Jim took out old oil boiler in loft re piped and fitted Combi Boiler ,two lads who are very skilled at what they do , very neat and finished half a day early , Difficult these days to find honest tradesmen who turn up on time do a good job and stick to their quote .

We have used this chap on several occasions to sort some boiler and heating issues. He has been very flexible and quick to respond. On both occasions he fixed the problem quickly and at what seemed to me to be a very reasonable price. On the job he took the time explain what was wrong and what needed doing and was polite and courteous throughout. We will certainly be using Mal again.

He sends me reminders when the service is due, so to keep the 10 yr warranty valid. Friendly manner and quick and efficient. The fact he gets so booked up should speak volumes.
