A delicious christmas afternoon tea here. A wide selection of choices of sandwiches with some incredible cakes made on the premises. Thanks Matt for our Xmas experience. Prices between £20-£25

Cosy, warm, welcoming Tea Room that does much more than Tea and cakes. A decent sized varied menu from fry ups and filled beigels to crumpets and chilli. The service is excellent, staff wonderful and all in all it is a lovely place to visit.

A lovely tea room with great service. We chose the Afternoon tea since reading previous reviews and were so pleased we did. Plenty to eat, we didn’t have room for cakes, so took them home in the box and we’ve just finished them now, they were delicious! Highly recommend.

Lovely Cafe but quite small. The staff are lovely, the prices are good, and the food is lovely. Good choice of main food, drinks and cakes. Plenty of parking. Wheelchair friendly for Cafe and Toilets.

We visited yesterday morning at 9.30 am, the cafe has free parking directly outside. The cafe is quite small with seating for about 20 comfortably. I had the Full Monty breakfast which was delicious, and arrived fairly quickly. My bacon was really nice and my tinned tomatoes were thoroughly enjoyed also, I cleared my plate. I believe my breakfast totalled £11.50 which came with tea or coffee, baked beans mushrooms, 2 fried eggs, 2 sausages, tomatoes, bacon and 2 pieces of toast. May I add that this was all served by lovely friendly staff. They take card and cash too.

Friendly staff, good atmosphere, nice variety of items on the menu. Service was quick even though it was fairly busy. The food was generous and delicious. Their preferred method of payment is cash but they do accept card which is something we will remember for future visits. I wasn’t keen on the glass cups for tea but that is just personal preference.

We had a lovely family breakfast on Sunday. All meals were superbly cooked and cheerfully presented..My traditional English breakfast ingredients were obviously locally sourced . Superb..Even the tomatoes were really tasty. I thoroughly recommend. Well done Chef...

We love this tea room and try to visit everytime we come to Lincoln. The place is so beautiful giving a nod to times gone by. The atmosphere is lovely and they take pride in how they serve there food, using vintage tableware and dressing the part. We had cake and tea on this visit and both were delightful. The best little tea house in Lincoln.

Absolutely amazing tea room in Lincoln. The food is exceptionally well priced and very delicious. They do the best scone I've ever had, and the afternoon tea is just ridiculous value. Highly highly recommend to locals and anyone passing through!

The freshest cake I've ever had! Delicious! One of the best coffee cakes around. Loved the interior design, was made to feel very comfortable by the staff. Recommend! 10/10!

This is my second visit to Bunty's. It is about halfway up the hill and a very welcome stop. The service is always friendly and the food is delicious and reasonable priced. We had the scones this time around, and they did not disappoint. The decor is beautiful and quaint with lots to look at.

Love this place. Staff are friendly and the food is amazing! Great fresh produce at super reasonable prices. I had the chilli dog and it was out if this world! Looked lush and tasted just as good. Even my kids love it and they are super fussy! My only complaint is that I was too full for cake (I so should have bought some to bring home for later!)

I came for a bit of lunch with my friends today as we’ve had our eyes on this place for a while. The staff are so lovely and care for all their customers well. The food is absolutely stunning with massive portions and the cakes- wow! They have a large variety of drinks, including different looseleaf teas. They have a massive variety of gorgeous homemade cakes and cheesecakes- if I could try one of each I would. It is really reasonably priced too. The cafe itself is really quirky and they have different sheds you can sit in as well as an outdoor seated area and they have beautifully decorated everywhere as well. This cafe is a new favourite and we will definitely be back.

Excellent service and coffee .I had a Cherry scone which was very nice but very crumbly and the wife had a fruit scone which was lovely to on the hole a great tea room

Foods always banging and Sophie gives out happy endings with all meal deals for an extra 50p xo

Food was good quality, staff friendly. I personally found the place a little noisy. It was around 11.00 a.m. on a Tuesday and quite busy. Some people prefer that atmosphere. I have been before a few years back and it was much quieter. The decor is pleasant and a little quirky. All in all good food and service. Maybe it was the group of 8 ladies that "upped" the decibels ? 😉

Lovely Cheesy chips with Bacon bits, the staff and customers are so friendly and welcoming. have been only a couple of times but the staff immediately recognise me and treat my with upmost kindness. I hope to come back to eat with friends or family just to enjoy that Lovely atmosphere again. 10/10 What a wonderful place.

My family love this local cafe. The food was tasty and fantastic. The 2 Ladies who manage the place are friendly. Very nice people, lovely staff , clean an amazing service. I will definitely recommend to everybody. Thank you Boodles cafe family and more power to all!

Can get busy at popular times but they have a nice range of hot drinks, sodas and food too. Good portions on the sandwiches and the homemade cakes are always delicious!

Lovely scenery, friendly service and tasty food. Breakfasts are super tasty and serves are generous. Lots of seating outside where dogs are welcome.

Nice little cafe, food looked good but didn't have chance to try it. But strange they don't allow dogs when it's such a popular dog walking area. Hot chocolate was nice but nothing special. Would like to come back again though. Really friendly staff and a nice atmosphere

Great place to relax and unwind for an hour or so. The food was lovely, the service was great, will definitely make a return visit.

Have been here a few times now. The staff are always friendly and efficient. The food is very tasty and of good quality. Reasonably priced. It's great to sit outside and watch the water skiing on the adjacent lake. Will definitely go back soon. Would recommend a visit. Plenty of parking onsite.

Wow! What a place! The cakes were delicious!! The views of the lakes were beautiful. We sat and watched water skiing in the sunshine. We will definitely be back. What a find!!

This cafe was my favourite place during uni, the staff are super friendly and it has such a cozy atmosphere. The food is amazing, offering both sweet and savoury waffles. They also do gluten free waffles and always ask whether it’s a preference an intolerance or coeliac. I’m really going to miss this place and would definitely recommend!!
