Delicious eggs benedict & great service!

A lovely tea room with great service. We chose the Afternoon tea since reading previous reviews and were so pleased we did. Plenty to eat, we didn’t have room for cakes, so took them home in the box and we’ve just finished them now, they were delicious! Highly recommend.

What a find….. Just travelled up from Somerset to spend the weekend with a good friend and popped in on the off chance I could grab something to eat. It did not disappoint in quality of food, service or friendliness. If you’re close by drop in you’re in for a real treat and sensibly priced as well. Just returned early December and didn’t disappoint. Service was excellent, staff are so friendly nothing seems too much trouble for them even prepared to help frail elderly customers into and out of the shop by lending a steadying arm for support. Food is to really die for and so reasonably priced. Hoping to make it a regular destination every time I visit Lincoln. I highly recommend a visit.

Cosy, warm, welcoming Tea Room that does much more than Tea and cakes. A decent sized varied menu from fry ups and filled beigels to crumpets and chilli. The service is excellent, staff wonderful and all in all it is a lovely place to visit.

Lovely Cafe but quite small. The staff are lovely, the prices are good, and the food is lovely. Good choice of main food, drinks and cakes. Plenty of parking. Wheelchair friendly for Cafe and Toilets.

We visited yesterday morning at 9.30 am, the cafe has free parking directly outside. The cafe is quite small with seating for about 20 comfortably. I had the Full Monty breakfast which was delicious, and arrived fairly quickly. My bacon was really nice and my tinned tomatoes were thoroughly enjoyed also, I cleared my plate. I believe my breakfast totalled £11.50 which came with tea or coffee, baked beans mushrooms, 2 fried eggs, 2 sausages, tomatoes, bacon and 2 pieces of toast. May I add that this was all served by lovely friendly staff. They take card and cash too.

This is a great little cafe with excellent food and friendly staff. It doesn't matter whether you are regular or a new face you get welcomed the same. Came today with my friend and we had the bagels and some cake and lots of tea. All very good. I've been a couple of times before and will definitely be back.

Popped in for a late Breakfast/early Lunch on Monday morning. Lovely little venue, nicely furnished and very friendly, polite and attentive staff, who even made a fuss of our two pooches. Ordered a cappuccino, a latte and two all-day breakfasts - One large and one small. Both arrived promptly, hot and every element perfectly cooked and tasty. All in all, a nice little place to just unwind on a casual Monday morning, and us and our two four legged friends will be back soon!

Thank you for a fun time at the wreath making you held Sunday. Great instructions and help (of which I needed plenty) !! Beautiful and plentiful array of foliage and crafting supplies to inspire us all. Prosecco and mince pie went down well too!!! See you next year. A great way to get festive.

Always lovely to visit, food is great, and really friendly service. Enough to feel looked after, not overbearing. Dog friendly which is always helpful!

On a rainy morning. This was definitely worth a visit! Greeted by friendly staff and management. The owner Jamie also took time for conversation which was evident on all the tables that were in. A lovely personal touch. The quality of the food followed the brilliant service, high quality produce and cooked to perfection. Every sip of coffee was beautiful! Ideal lots of parking and dog friendly which is perfect to pop in before a walk in nearby walking locations or before 9 holes of golf! Would highly recommend thanks guys see you again soon 🙌🙌

I came for a bit of lunch with my friends today as we’ve had our eyes on this place for a while. The staff are so lovely and care for all their customers well. The food is absolutely stunning with massive portions and the cakes- wow! They have a large variety of drinks, including different looseleaf teas. They have a massive variety of gorgeous homemade cakes and cheesecakes- if I could try one of each I would. It is really reasonably priced too. The cafe itself is really quirky and they have different sheds you can sit in as well as an outdoor seated area and they have beautifully decorated everywhere as well. This cafe is a new favourite and we will definitely be back.

Love this place. Staff are friendly and the food is amazing! Great fresh produce at super reasonable prices. I had the chilli dog and it was out if this world! Looked lush and tasted just as good. Even my kids love it and they are super fussy! My only complaint is that I was too full for cake (I so should have bought some to bring home for later!)

Delicious full English. Dinner members of our pretty large party (9) didn't get their food for a while. But everyone else ate very well Perfect egg, good bacon and great sausages etc. Came with toast and a tea and juice which was pretty sweet. Veggie option was enjoyed too.

Family breakfast for six people,when the place was packed from top to bottom. What we all got was the very best of service and the food was some of the best I've tasted? it was put on them plates with love and effort .I hate the word "staff" but all are a credit to the owners if your anywhere close on your travels give Bell's a go you won't have any disappointment. Beautiful little tea shop with an ice cream area to boot. I popped in with my friend for a little light refreshment on Saturday after walking around the Lincoln Castle and down Steep Hill. After sitting down and looking at the menu, I ordered scabbled eggs, toast, and bacon. Also, a Lincolnshire sausage, which was 50p extra. LUSH and delicious food with excellent customer service. Uber clean and very polite, well-informed waitresses. I will be going again as they have a lovely range of hot and cold snacks and main meals plus homemade cakes and hot and cold drinks. Nothing was too much to ask. Will be recommending to all of my friends. How all cafes should be. Clean and tidy. Upstairs seating is available.

Classic English tearoom with prompt and friendly service, even on a busy Saturday when they were heaving with tourists (like us) and soon-to-be uni graduates. Sandwiches were excellent though my scone was a little burnt. Still, hard not to be impressed when they're turning out good food at this pace with the number of people coming through the door. Kudos.

I have visited the tearooms three times (once for breakfast, once for lunch and once for cake) and have had a wonderful time each visit. Every time I have also bought cake to take away because it is absolutely delicious! Amelia Alice is one of my favourite places to go for food in Lincoln because: their menu is huge - there is something for everyone there, the portion sizes are great - you get so much for your money, the staff are always so friendly, the cafe is always clean, it's dog friendly, the food is such good quality and you know it's fresh and as someone with a massive sweet tooth - they always have so many cheesecakes, cakes and traybakes to choose from!! When I leave I always look forward to my next visit 😃

Went to Amelia's for a festive afternoon tea. Had a great time and enjoyed the vegetarian option. Staff were really friendly and attentive. It's a really nice place to meet up with friends. You do need to book in advance normally at busy times. For special occasions, definitely book in advance.

Wow! What a place! The cakes were delicious!! The views of the lakes were beautiful. We sat and watched water skiing in the sunshine. We will definitely be back. What a find!!

Have been here a few times now. The staff are always friendly and efficient. The food is very tasty and of good quality. Reasonably priced. It's great to sit outside and watch the water skiing on the adjacent lake. Will definitely go back soon. Would recommend a visit. Plenty of parking onsite.

What an amazing find in the historic part of Lincoln. Run by a lovely team, serving a stunning selection of cakes and scones. Chose afternoon tea, opting for the divine cherry and cinnamon tea together with the luscious Turkish Delight cake. Great selection of choice for vegan and gluten-free guests, all set in a quirky vintage tea shop. So happy we found this.

This is my second visit to Bunty's. It is about halfway up the hill and a very welcome stop. The service is always friendly and the food is delicious and reasonable priced. We had the scones this time around, and they did not disappoint. The decor is beautiful and quaint with lots to look at.

We love this tea room and try to visit everytime we come to Lincoln. The place is so beautiful giving a nod to times gone by. The atmosphere is lovely and they take pride in how they serve there food, using vintage tableware and dressing the part. We had cake and tea on this visit and both were delightful. The best little tea house in Lincoln.

The freshest cake I've ever had! Delicious! One of the best coffee cakes around. Loved the interior design, was made to feel very comfortable by the staff. Recommend! 10/10!

My family love this local cafe. The food was tasty and fantastic. The 2 Ladies who manage the place are friendly. Very nice people, lovely staff , clean an amazing service. I will definitely recommend to everybody. Thank you Boodles cafe family and more power to all!

Lovely Cheesy chips with Bacon bits, the staff and customers are so friendly and welcoming. have been only a couple of times but the staff immediately recognise me and treat my with upmost kindness. I hope to come back to eat with friends or family just to enjoy that Lovely atmosphere again. 10/10 What a wonderful place.

Good morning to the owners and staff. I am currently sat in your lovely cafe after having enjoyed a brilliant light brekkie, and a cup of coffee. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that this a gem of a place. The staff, especially the young girl who served me, have been welcoming and friendly. The singing chef sings as good as her fantastic breakfast... Probably one of the best breakfasts I have had in years! Also to the gentleman who made me feel welcome and didn't mind me chatting motorbikes! Thank you, the visit and ambience and general feel good was a pleasant surprise, who said the British can't do good food, good atmosphere and good food... They need to try this place ❤️
