Boiler service carried out. Mal is a very professional individual with good consideration given to Covid precautions. He communicated clearly what he was doing and explained what parts needed replacing and why. All at a reasonable cost. I will definitely use HPE again and would highly recommend him to others.

We have used this chap on several occasions to sort some boiler and heating issues. He has been very flexible and quick to respond. On both occasions he fixed the problem quickly and at what seemed to me to be a very reasonable price. On the job he took the time explain what was wrong and what needed doing and was polite and courteous throughout. We will certainly be using Mal again.

He sends me reminders when the service is due, so to keep the 10 yr warranty valid. Friendly manner and quick and efficient. The fact he gets so booked up should speak volumes. Mal has undertaken my annual boiler service, several heating and plumbing problems for 4 years. He is excellent, technical and first class in any work he does at a very resonable price. He arrives at an agreed time, always responds to messages and I would not go elsewhere. Would recommend him to anyone who has any heating or plumbing work.
