I can't speak highly enough of James, the owner of this business, he is 100% reliable, efficient and nothing is too much trouble for him when he is carrying out work for us. He is very transparent and reasonably priced too with his quotes and in short I wouldn't even consider using another plumber! JWC Plumbing and heating did some updating to our Bathroom and On Suite and we are very pleased with the work that has been done, which is to a very high standard. We have always had problems getting plumbing work done, but JWC came out exactly when they said they would and the work was done very quickly and efficiently. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to future customers.

Called Mark as no hot water in our rented property. He was professional and knowledgeable and managed to diagnose and sort the problem over the phone. Will be using him for regular work in the future. Highly recommend him.

I came home to find water dripping from the light fitting in the utility room. Mark had been recommended to me so I phoned him and he said he’d come later in the afternoon. I was going to be away from home when he came. He said he’d call me when he was on his way, which he did, then called me when he arrived and then when he’d done the job. Mark had to break into the ceiling to fix the leak in the hot water pipe above. He was able to keep the damage to a minimum by using a thermal image camera to locate the leak. I was very impressed with his skill and professionalism, and that he kept me informed at all times. I thought that the work done represented good value, given that it was an emergency. I’d definitely recommend Mark as an excellent plumber.

I was having problems with my oil boiler for several weeks. It got to a point where it wasn't working at all. I called Mark who responded very quickly. He was only on site for about 30 mins and he had the issue sorted. The boiler is now working like new. Many thanks Mark.

Very pleased with the work Mark did for us. He rescued us from a burst tank in the airing cupboard, which flooded the kitchen, then returned at a later date to replace the cylinder and pipework. He also serviced the boiler and did a couple of other jobs for which he did not quote, but did them anyway. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable, and the price was as quoted. All in all, a good experience and we would thoroughly recommend him.
