I contacted Simon Barker Services after receiving no contact from other companies through trust a trader. I was acting on behalf of an elderly neighbour who had recently been widowed. Bradley attended and quoted for the complete strip out and replacement of a system originally installed in the 50’s. Bradley was extremely professional and had a very gentle approach immediately putting my neighbour at ease. His team turned up the following week to begin the install, the whole team were warm and friendly and the works were carried out to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in using Simon Barker in my own home or recommending them to any family or friends. Great job all round guys thank you.

I cannot recommend Simon Barker Services Ltd Enough! From coming to quote to the completion of the work was impeccable. The customer service was 100/100. Our bathroom was changed, the cleanliness and quality was second to none. The workmen were friendly and explained everything they were doing. Thank you for restoring our faith in workmen after 2 years of being let down by local tradesmen!

More than happy with service provided by the company, did have to wait a week for an appointment but was non urgent so understandable. Arrived when they said they would and plumber was friendly and professional. Price for work completed was also reasonable. Will be more than happy to recommend or use again if needed.
