I contacted John after seeing the good reviews online and being let down several times by multiple other tradesmen for my leaking shower. John responded quickly and turned up when he said he was going to to take a look at the problem and quickly provided a very comprehensive quote for the job. John had been realistic about his availability in carrying out the job (around 4-5weeks later) and stuck to his word. John did an excellent job on replacing my shower, shower tray, wall boards, glass screens, bath and basin taps and plugs. John also managed to replace the flooring during the job due to unexpected extensive damage from the leak. John takes great pride in his work ensuring that it was done to a high standard, allowing appropriate drying time between stages. He will only install trusted bathroom products to ensure no problems down the line. He was polite, efficient and keeps things tidy. John is very professional and reliable - which is difficult to find these days. I am very happy with the finished product, would recommend his services and will definitely use again for future plumbing jobs.

John recently renovated our bedroom en-suite. It involved replacing the tiling, shower, toilet and installing a new sink/cabinet unit and a new towel rail. He also encountered some unexpected issues relating to the floor and wall condition. He is an outstanding tradesman and did a high quality job in all aspects. He is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and experienced and is a friendly, engaging person. Highly recommended.

Alex fitted a Magna Clean system to our boiler after I was quoted £1800 for a powerflush by a british gas company. The Magna clean filters all the sludge out of my heating system. The system works so much better, heats nicely and I saved a lot of money after his advice. Would thoroughly recommend him as a reliable, honest, punctual plumber. No mess left afterwards. Trades people like him are hard to find!

Alex was very professional & helpful. He turned up on time & was clear on what needed doing with the leaking toilet showing me what the problems were & how he’d resolve it. He charged less than a third of what I had been quoted the previous day by a plumber who had responded to a request via Bark.com. He gave advice on other plumbing issues & was honest about the urgency of fixing them without pressure - again opposite to my experience the previous day. I would definitely use him again & recommend him to others

Mitsubishi Ecodan R290 8kW ASHP with Heat Geek series 300L cylinder Liam provided a thorough heat loss calculation and survey on his early visits to our home and it was immediately evident we would be in safe and knowledgable hands for our heat pump installation. He answered all of our questions (a Heat Geek and MCS accredited installer) so that we could make an informed decision. We did not ever feel rushed or pushed in any of the decisions at all and his advice was solely geared towards providing us with the best possible system for our home and budget. We were very please with the work that the company did. They helped us with everything we needed, their advice was good and they were good workers. The pressurised system they put in has been very good. I have left this review for a year to make sure all was well and it is. They have now going to do my first years service, which the notified me on. We had a badly leaking main stoptap that another "plumber" had installed less than a month ago. The guys came out really quickly and fixed the problem to a high standard and in really quick time. First Class service, professional, efficient, and realistic on price. We first used Richard when we had a burst pipe in the early hours of the morning while away on holiday. Our son was home alone and without hesitation Richard changed his Saturday morning plans to attend and fix our issue, when others were all hiding behind their answerphones. We are old fashioned, quite loyal and think one good turn deserves another, so Richard became our fist call for any plumbing job. We have since had him back for three small jobs and one larger job. All these jobs regardless of the cost have been completed on time and without incident. I would have absolutely no problem in recommending this chap to anyone.
