This company was used when we had a wet room installed. This wasn't a easy job due to the wet room being put within the garage. All the work was carried out to a high standard and we would recommend this company to do plumbing and heating work. They were neat and tidy workers, with good time keeping.

Simon and his colleague Declan arrived at the agreed time and immediately began work. This was to remove our old and non-working boiler and installing a new boiler and adding the additional pipework. This was a complicated job due to restricted space and having to go onto the roof. However, they just quietly and quickly got on with it. Simon asked if we would allow them to work until the job was finished and we happily agreed. By 7pm it was all done! It really was an awkward job but they have left us extremely happy with the result. They literally didn't stop, even for a break. We've been left with the instructions but everything was also explained to us. An excellent job and we could not be happier. 10/10 and Highly Recommended!

Alex was very professional & helpful. He turned up on time & was clear on what needed doing with the leaking toilet showing me what the problems were & how he’d resolve it. He charged less than a third of what I had been quoted the previous day by a plumber who had responded to a request via Bark.com. He gave advice on other plumbing issues & was honest about the urgency of fixing them without pressure - again opposite to my experience the previous day. I would definitely use him again & recommend him to others

Alex fitted a Magna Clean system to our boiler after I was quoted £1800 for a powerflush by a british gas company. The Magna clean filters all the sludge out of my heating system. The system works so much better, heats nicely and I saved a lot of money after his advice. Would thoroughly recommend him as a reliable, honest, punctual plumber. No mess left afterwards. Trades people like him are hard to find!

We had been away for a few days and upon our return on 13th January, we noticed that the house was really cold. I checked the heating control panel and it showed a fault.. After a few curses, I must have rang over a dozen numbers, but they all went to answer phone. I then rang Daykin & Co.. got an answer straight away, from Mark. He said he was on a job but would call in on his way home...., We`re saved I thought...! He arrived and within 15 to 20 mins had diagnosed and fixed the problem,... Oh, the delight of heat and hot water..!! First class service and a really nice guy too.. He recommended preventative maintenance on the faulty valve also.. Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant..!! I needed a heating system change in my house. It involved the removal of a conventional system, all new pipes, new combi boiler, gas/boiler location move, and the replacement of every radiator. I was quite anxious about getting this work done because it can lead to a big, expensive mess. Thankfully, it was a great experience from quote to finish. The visible pipework is very clean and aesthetically pleasing, with some intuitive choices, minimising the pipes that are visible. They even repaired the brickwork where the old flue used to be. Stevie and Harley were hardworking, friendly and professional. It's another good example of why you should use a local company, and not a national one that might not care as much about its reputation.

Absolutely lovely! Boiler had stopped working after not being used whilst having some work done. Had a cancellation so arranged to visit a few days early. Brilliant! Sorted the problem very sensibly and cheaply for me (smile). Serviced the boiler and all working now. Really lovely guys and felt very comfortable whilst they were there.

Lee Sibley is an excellent gas safety engineer. He fitted our new combi boiler, arriving on the day I asked for a quote. The price was very competitive and the installation, just one week later, went without a hitch. He explained everything in detail and left the area neat and tidy. I thoroughly recommend Lee if you need gas safe work.

Can't recommend Steve highly enough. We had an emergency situation with our toilet filling the house with a smell of raw sewage and he came round the same morning, had to dismantle the vanity units to identify the issue and bought the parts and finished it in under 4 hours. He went the extra mile in completing the project in such a short time and with a more than reasonable charge. we would recommend him unreservedly.
