A relative had an emergency boiler issue. Flow came out and sorted it same day. Very reasonable price and friendly, knowledgeable engineer. So impressed she booked a boiler service with the same company. Again, efficient and friendly with a decent price. The same company came a few weeks later to sort an emergency leak in the bathroom. Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable plumber. I highly recommend this company and the staff.

Right from the initial conversation you can feel the professionalism of the company. Chris has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to boilers, he provided me with a lot of information to allow me to decide which boiler to ultimately choose. I needed urgent assistance to replace my boiler for my tenanted home and Chris came round and replaced this in a timely manner. I was provided with all my certificates within moments of him fitting the boiler. A shout out to Sophie who was great at keeping communications clear throughout the process Thank you and I'll certainly be using your services again.

Ryan from Flow Heating was really friendly and worked hard and did an amazing job at putting in our boiler. He tried hard to fix our old boiler but it was old and despite his efforts it couldn't be fixed, but Ryan came the very next day and worked right through to install the new one. We feel that we were charged a very fair price and it has been made clear to us that if there are any problems they would sort it out. Luckily, there has been no problem and we are happy that we now have heating and hot water. We would recommend this company to anyone and we are over the moon with the service we receive.

It’s always a daunting task when you are looking for a company to carry out work for you as you know nothing about them and you are worried about the standard of work and care for your property, l think I struck gold with this company as the whole process from start to finish was very professional the work was to a very high standard by really nice people, if I need any more work doing I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again. Previously had an lpg boiler installed by Rick Smith and his team following a reccomendation. Rick was the only person who managed to work out the problems with our heating system when others couldn't. They returned today to do it's annual service and we're as prompt and professional as they were a year ago. No hidden costs, good quality work and excellent communication each time we deal with them. I highly recommend this small independent local company that provide a high quality friendly professional service. We had a cold radiator and their engineer came round and did a thorough investigation. The rad’ was thoroughly blocked so we ended up power flushing the system. The radiator is now fixed and the whole house is so much warmer! Plus I can tell already from the smart meter it’s going to save me lots on my heating bills. A brilliant job all round!

Central heating pump on the blink, late Saturday afternoon so I left a message. As this had happened before I knew what to do - as the approved by the lovely Craig. Rachel rang me this morning, Craig turned up later that morning. He reassured me it was okay especially for the systems age. Nothing but praise for them.

John arrived at my home to find person anxious female senior citizen .water had seeped through kitchen ceiling and around electric light fitting. He put me at ease and started work checking upstairs bathroom.The floor was saturated he lifted floor only to find mould growth and also puddles.of water. What a nightmare! He.traced and repaired the leak which had been there for some considerable time.onthe collar of a boxed in toilet. John was a genuine, hardworking conscientious man with a can do positive work ethic ,he kep me informed and repaired the leak.He also gave me a call the next morning to check all was well. Could not rate this company highly enough. My elderly father was stuck with a leaking radiator and the previous plumbers we tried were very unhelpful. John went out of his way to help him, went to him the next day and fitted a new radiator and all the extras needed. Very polite gentleman who put my father at ease, thank you so much.

Deano responded quickly and friendly to my enquiry. His quote was very reasonable and offered a timely space to fit us in. He arrived on time, super friendly and very reassuring that his works would be to a high standard. Floor protection was put down and works were completed in good time and we were extremely impressed with his work. He showed us everything before finishing up and completely cleaning down and putting everything back in its place. Absolutely chuffed with the service I've just received from J&S Plumbing and Heating! I called yesterday after my neighbour recommended them, they gave me an appointment for the next day, and the engineer arrived this morning and fixed the radiator within half an hour, it's now piping hot and I couldn't be happier with the service! Jo in the office was friendly and helpful, and Alfie the engineer was friendly and helpful. Brilliant experience, I would highly recommend them! I've used this company a few times now and have only had good experiences. Most recently they have updated my ancient hot water system. Superb equipment and top quality work. Jason was very careful to ensure that the new installation was compatible with my electrical system and I really appreciate that attention to safety.
