Terry installed a new Ideal boiler and unvented hotwater cylinder. These replaced our original 1960's system. Terry had to dismantle our airing cupboard to achieve this, which he managed to put back together 'good as new'. Our house has never been so warm and I didnt realise how inefficient the old system was. Terry arrived promptly each day and always tidied up thoroughly. Very pleased with the result.

Deano was recommended to me by a friend when I had a plumbing emergency, he came round and sorted the leak for out of hours, speedy response times, very polite, extremely knowledgeable and very reasonably priced too. Deano responded quickly and friendly to my enquiry. His quote was very reasonable and offered a timely space to fit us in. He arrived on time, super friendly and very reassuring that his works would be to a high standard. Floor protection was put down and works were completed in good time and we were extremely impressed with his work. He showed us everything before finishing up and completely cleaning down and putting everything back in its place. We’ve found plumbers hard to come by but have now found one we will stick with and recommend! Thank you!

Deano has been very prompt in getting back to me when I needed help and patient in discussing the work and options available, and also very reasonably priced. I came home to find water dripping from the light fitting in the utility room. Mark had been recommended to me so I phoned him and he said he’d come later in the afternoon. I was going to be away from home when he came. He said he’d call me when he was on his way, which he did, then called me when he arrived and then when he’d done the job. Mark had to break into the ceiling to fix the leak in the hot water pipe above. He was able to keep the damage to a minimum by using a thermal image camera to locate the leak. I was very impressed with his skill and professionalism, and that he kept me informed at all times. I thought that the work done represented good value, given that it was an emergency. I’d definitely recommend Mark as an excellent plumber.

Mark has done a number of plumbing repairs for me over the last few weeks. Very pleased with his high standard of work and the friendly and professional way he goes about it. Mark comes across as a genuine, conscientious and honest tradesman. Arrived on time and cleans up after the jobs done. Very pleased with the work Mark did for us. He rescued us from a burst tank in the airing cupboard, which flooded the kitchen, then returned at a later date to replace the cylinder and pipework. He also serviced the boiler and did a couple of other jobs for which he did not quote, but did them anyway. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable, and the price was as quoted. All in all, a good experience and we would thoroughly recommend him.

I was having problems with my oil boiler for several weeks. It got to a point where it wasn't working at all. I called Mark who responded very quickly. He was only on site for about 30 mins and he had the issue sorted. The boiler is now working like new. Many thanks Mark.

Today we spotted a leak with the pipework on our cylinder. After sharing photos of the problem we had an appointment arranged and quickly got advice to try before the call out. Their advice worked and helped stop any more water damage. Really recommend James and the team, very supportive.

I needed a heating system change in my house. It involved the removal of a conventional system, all new pipes, new combi boiler, gas/boiler location move, and the replacement of every radiator. I was quite anxious about getting this work done because it can lead to a big, expensive mess. Thankfully, it was a great experience from quote to finish. The visible pipework is very clean and aesthetically pleasing, with some intuitive choices, minimising the pipes that are visible. They even repaired the brickwork where the old flue used to be. Stevie and Harley were hardworking, friendly and professional. It's another good example of why you should use a local company, and not a national one that might not care as much about its reputation.

Absolutely lovely! Boiler had stopped working after not being used whilst having some work done. Had a cancellation so arranged to visit a few days early. Brilliant! Sorted the problem very sensibly and cheaply for me (smile). Serviced the boiler and all working now. Really lovely guys and felt very comfortable whilst they were there.
