Excellent company. Have done quite a bit of work for us over the last few months. Mark and the whole team including the receptionists and engineers have been very friendly, polite, and professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They were very accommodating, and all the work was carried out to a very high standard. Central heating pump on the blink, late Saturday afternoon so I left a message. As this had happened before I knew what to do - as the approved by the lovely Craig. Rachel rang me this morning, Craig turned up later that morning. He reassured me it was okay especially for the systems age. Nothing but praise for them.

Chris has been our family plumber for 8 years now Lovely guy always smiling, totally reliable and does a wonderful job He's installed a whole bathroom inc shower, sink, radiator and tiling He's installed bathroom and kitchen taps, new boiler and been to fix little problems that have occurred over the years He's also my mums plumber having helped her with a very dangerous gas leak aswell as installing new boiler, radiators and new electric fire in living room We both recommend him highly to people and will continue to do so Thank you Chris for everything you do for us

Chris has been our go to plumber for years. He fitted our boiler and updated our central heating system, he's done all,of the annual checks too. He then fitted a full new bathroom for us, and made a fantastic job of it. Then a new kitchen, and also some additional radiators. Chris is always happy, does great job, keeps the place tidy. And he's not bad on the drums either! I won't go anywhere else now, if Chris isn't available, I'll wait until he is!!

I don't often leave a review but Ollie was great & such good service. Really helpful, good advice when I wasn't sure what was right for my bathroom, kitchen & clockroom issues, great communication, very professional manner & tidied up after himself. Have already recommended to a couple of neighbours since this morning & wouldn't hesitate to contact again for any plumbing work.

Ryan from Flow Heating was really friendly and worked hard and did an amazing job at putting in our boiler. He tried hard to fix our old boiler but it was old and despite his efforts it couldn't be fixed, but Ryan came the very next day and worked right through to install the new one. We feel that we were charged a very fair price and it has been made clear to us that if there are any problems they would sort it out. Luckily, there has been no problem and we are happy that we now have heating and hot water. We would recommend this company to anyone and we are over the moon with the service we receive.

Had Ryan come to sort out my central heating . He is an excellent engineer and got us sorted out. He is also a very courteous and helpful young man to my mid 70s wife and I .Also contact with Sofie was a pleasure, There after service care is first class with messages and calls to make sure everything was OK. 10 out of 10 and have and will continue to recommend them to all. A relative had an emergency boiler issue. Flow came out and sorted it same day. Very reasonable price and friendly, knowledgeable engineer. So impressed she booked a boiler service with the same company. Again, efficient and friendly with a decent price. The same company came a few weeks later to sort an emergency leak in the bathroom. Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable plumber. I highly recommend this company and the staff.

Right from the initial conversation you can feel the professionalism of the company. Chris has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to boilers, he provided me with a lot of information to allow me to decide which boiler to ultimately choose. I needed urgent assistance to replace my boiler for my tenanted home and Chris came round and replaced this in a timely manner. I was provided with all my certificates within moments of him fitting the boiler. A shout out to Sophie who was great at keeping communications clear throughout the process Thank you and I'll certainly be using your services again.

Lee has just finished our bathroom and toilet to an unbelievable standard! He was meticulous in his planning and checking before the installation, he talked us through the pros and cons of different options that we had with the different elements and his advice was always excellent. He really helped put into action the vision that we had in our heads. Lee worked exceptionally hard on the job, he's very tidy and organised and he coordinated everything superbly. It has turned out even better than we had envisioned, his problem solving skills are second to none and his attention to detail to make the little (but significant) differences were outstanding and very much appreciated by us. We could not be happier with his work and we would thoroughly recommend him, the man is a magician!
