Chris has been our go to plumber for years. He fitted our boiler and updated our central heating system, he's done all,of the annual checks too. He then fitted a full new bathroom for us, and made a fantastic job of it. Then a new kitchen, and also some additional radiators. Chris is always happy, does great job, keeps the place tidy. And he's not bad on the drums either! I won't go anywhere else now, if Chris isn't available, I'll wait until he is!!

Today we spotted a leak with the pipework on our cylinder. After sharing photos of the problem we had an appointment arranged and quickly got advice to try before the call out. Their advice worked and helped stop any more water damage. Really recommend James and the team, very supportive.

I needed a heating system change in my house. It involved the removal of a conventional system, all new pipes, new combi boiler, gas/boiler location move, and the replacement of every radiator. I was quite anxious about getting this work done because it can lead to a big, expensive mess. Thankfully, it was a great experience from quote to finish. The visible pipework is very clean and aesthetically pleasing, with some intuitive choices, minimising the pipes that are visible. They even repaired the brickwork where the old flue used to be. Stevie and Harley were hardworking, friendly and professional. It's another good example of why you should use a local company, and not a national one that might not care as much about its reputation.

New boiler installed the following day, engineers knowledgeable and polite, office team a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Rachel rang me this morning, Craig turned up later that morning. He reassured me it was okay especially for the systems age. Nothing but praise for them.

Absolutely lovely! Boiler had stopped working after not being used whilst having some work done. Had a cancellation so arranged to visit a few days early. Brilliant! Sorted the problem very sensibly and cheaply for me (smile). Serviced the boiler and all working now. Really lovely guys and felt very comfortable whilst they were there.

Lee fitted two new radiators for us and fixed our dripping shower. He was punctual, polite, and really reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a genuine and trustworthy plumber.

Lee Sibley is an excellent gas safety engineer. He fitted our new combi boiler, arriving on the day I asked for a quote. The price was very competitive and the installation, just one week later, went without a hitch. He explained everything in detail and left the area neat and tidy. A relative had an emergency boiler issue. Flow came out and sorted it same day. Very reasonable price and friendly, knowledgeable engineer. So impressed she booked a boiler service with the same company. Again, efficient and friendly with a decent price. The same company came a few weeks later to sort an emergency leak in the bathroom. Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable plumber. I highly recommend this company and the staff.

Right from the initial conversation you can feel the professionalism of the company. Chris has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to boilers, he provided me with a lot of information to allow me to decide which boiler to ultimately choose. I needed urgent assistance to replace my boiler for my tenanted home and Chris came round and replaced this in a timely manner. I was provided with all my certificates within moments of him fitting the boiler. Deano has been very prompt in getting back to me when I needed help and patient in discussing the work and options available, and also very reasonably priced. We rang Deano to come over and quote for replacement TRVs on 2 radiators and an annual service of our boiler.
