Gabby and Steve were fantastic! From the moment they arrived, they put me at ease, reassuring me that they had everything under control. Their professionalism and confidence were evident as they tackled the job with skill and efficiency. Gabby, a true perfectionist, ensured every detail was just right. Steve was incredibly patient and went above and beyond by contacting the company I bought my tap from to clarify an issue I was having with it. I can't talk highly enough about Gabby. Best plumber and heating engineer I've ever come across to be honest. She did a brilliant job rerouting our boiler condensate pipe and was very knowledgeable about our under-floor heating and boiler issues. Not to mention how lovely and considerate (and non-patronising) she is. Needless to say, I would 100% recommend Gabby - she will certainly be my first port of call for any future plumbing or heating work.

Sometimes things happen at the worse times you could ever imagine.. I cracked my ceramic hob while I am trying to sell my house.. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ part was ordered and Stuart fitted my new hob in no time. Very grateful for your quick response and amazing service 👌🏻🙏🏻

We were in the need of a new boiler, we knew that Gascade were a very reputable and reliable company with years of knowledge and expertise in this field, we contacted them and Stuart came down to survey the job and talk us through the best course of action for what we wanted and required, he was very knowledgeable in his field of work, he advised of relocating and explaining throughly of how the job would be started through to the finished product, he gave us options of what we needed and explained everyone and why he had picked them, when we were ready to go Richard and Gabby came and done the works for us with minimal fuss, explaining everything they were doing along the way they, it was a very awkward install, nothing fazed them and they got the install done with ease to a very high standard which me and my wife were very impressed with big thanks to Richard and Gabby Our go to company now for any plumbing and heating works will be Gascade from now on these guys go above and beyond Many thanks again all Joe and Nicola Cooper

Thank you Gary for sorting out our heating. We have just moved into a new property and have never had gas heating before (our previous property was all electric) so we have no idea what we are doing. Tony fitted a new bathroom and a new boiler for us. He is very professional and explained all the options to us and gave good advice. He worked hard from start to finish and never left without tidying up first. We are extremely pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to use him again. In fact, he is coming back in the new year to fit new radiators for us. Definitely recommend.

Tony is a consummate professional. I first used him to: service my boiler; repair a shower; and a soft close toilet seat (shortly after the pandemic), and he was a Trojan. He was punctual, neat and tidy as he worked, and recommended that the manufacturer fix something on the boiler as it was still under warranty. More recently, he responded quickly to a sudden leaking stop valve on Christmas Eve and repaired it quickly. Work ethic was still the same. I highly recommend him and thank him.

Couldn't recommend Lucas enough. We had an issue with the pressure gauge on our boiler and found Precise Plumbing and Heating through trust a trader. He fitted us in that week, arrived promptly and fixed the issue in good time. He was friendly, thorough, explained everything clearly and answered any questions we had. Very happy with the service and would book him again in future.

Lucas undertook some our boiler service and additional smart thermostat installation. As always, he was quick to give guidance and advice and always prompt to reply to any questions I have. First class service - I would not use anyone else.

Lucas is very knowledgeable professional accomodating and friendly as well. Oil boiler I have is quite old however given clean bill of health after full service and new part which has now totally removed the smell of oil that had recently started prior to Lucas visit. Very reasonable price and great to get it all done in one visit. Highly recommend giving Lucas a shout if you have oil boiler needs :) Definitely now our boiler person.

Vinny quickly diagnosed our problem but didn't have the part with him. He and Zack were very considerate of our work schedule when they came back to fix it. They completed the job efficiently and quickly. We are 100% satisfied with their work.

Put up two spot units for me and also installed 15 new plug sockets. Delighted with the work. Cleaned up after themselves as they had to cut out some of the wall. Highly recommended!!!
