I absolutely love coming here. Shan is AMAZING! she always remembers I’m not fussed with the shape so I’ve had loads of different ones and now found my fav! My nails always come out perfect. On top of that, we’ve clicked! The conversation flows and we can chat about everything! It’s my safe haven for 1.5hours with no children and the tunes are always on point 👌

I discovered this little hidden gem over a year ago, and ever since, I’ve been trusting Ellie with my nails and lashes. Not only is she incredibly skilled at what she does, but she also has a warm and welcoming energy that makes every appointment a joy. Over time, she’s become more than just my go to beauty expert she’s become a friend. I can’t recommend her enough!

I chose Ellie’s salon when I discovered I had an allergy to some nail products. The biab nails don’t cause any skin reaction, look great and are strong. Ellie has many colours to choose from and is also a master at nail art. Shannon and Ellie are both very patient and obliging, nothing is too much trouble. Added bonus is that you don’t have to go into town. A hidden gem.

I always enjoy coming here! The team create a warming and happy atmosphere upon entering the salon. Molly is a kind, energetic professional and her attentiveness to detail (to my hair and to me as client) really helps me feel valued. Would highly recommend!

Such a friendly salon. I had a microdermabrasion facial today which has smoothed out some of those deep wrinkles immediately. I’m so pleased. Will be going back for more! Definitely recommend this salon and facial.

I have been going to Pure Beauty for many years now; their treatments are wonderful, and they evolve their offerings to adapt to changes in the industry. My favourite treatments are LVL, facials and gel pedicures. I regularly have my nails done and they always last really well! What's kept me there is that all of the girls are genuinely kind and lovely 😍 and with an out of town location, parking is easy and they offer late nights a few times a week too which is great.

Olivia is the best therapist I’ve found for intimate hot wax treatments, so friendly and puts you at your ease. She works quickly and makes the treatment as pain free as possible!! She is professional and I’m always happy with my treatments with her.

I visited the salon for the first time this July to have gel polish on my nails before my holiday. The polish lasted 3 weeks and still looked good, Sarah Jayne was brilliant and made an excellent job on my feet and hands, I will continue to visit. All the staff are friendly too.

Friendly,lovely to talk to. I've got my hair done there for gosh knows how long and everytime they amaze me. Got my hair recently done here and I did not know what I wanted all I knew was I wanted blond fading from the brown and they took that and turned it into something amazing. I had been with my old hairdresser nearly 8 years however the travel out of Ashford was too much with my life and job. I looked at online reviews for salons in Ashford and Gorgeous stood out as both highly rated and 10+ years in business. I arrived early but immediately the atmosphere was amazing. When I was seated and explained what I wanted, the wonderful owner knew exactly what I was asking for and was extremely knowledgable. My hair came out looking amazing and so soft..! I took a chance to find a new hairdresser and I got lucky first try. HIGHLY recommend.

I took my 11 year old daughter in today for a hair cut and blow. Helen was amazing with her explaining everything to her. My daughter’s hair is really thick and very challenging and Helen was so gentle and worked wonders. This is easy the best hair cut she has had and we are over the moon with it. We will be back soon as I am definitely going to book in for mine.

I’ve been seeing Sam for a while now for anti wrinkle injections and skin boosters. Sam really knows her stuff. She always takes the time to listen and recommend the best options for me. Long time client at this point. Anna has been absolutely amazing all the way through. I can’t believe how much she remembers from each visit and if you replicate that across all her clients nothing short of A* service. I always leave feeling great and I am so pleased to hear she has been promoted recently. Look forward to our next cut. Can recommend definitely to any other client you will always leave feeling better, relaxed and with exactly what you wanted from your cut. I may consider colour services one time but equally I am not to bothered with my wisdom hairs 🤣.

I was nervous to do such a drastic change but Ruby was fab about it, hyping me up. She managed to get my dark brown hair completely silver in one sitting which is way more than I thought we’d be able to achieve in one appointment. The whole experience was lovely, even the young lady who washed my hair. Ruby made me understand that I might not get the results I wanted after one appointment as lightening hair is long process, but she was brilliant and knew exactly what I wanted. I love the atmosphere here too

My hairdresser of 30 years retired and I was very nervous about my first appointment. However I didn't need to worry, the welcome from Terri was excellent and I was put at ease straight away. Izzie was my stylist and she spent time listening to what I wanted and talked me through the process, all the time making me feel very relaxed. SO Hairdressing is the best hairdressers I have been to over a 40 year period of visiting many hairdressers in Kent and London! I've had a restyle, colour, cuts & finishes with Debbie for the last 5 months and am really pleased with how my hair looks and feels. Debbie's colour and cutting knowledge, together with her ideas of changes to my colour and style, have resulted in my hair looking great. The whole experience and atmosphere at SO is wonderful - from the greeting at reception, a relaxing hair wash, lovely coffees, and not feeling like the appointment is rushed. Many other salons focus on just the cut /colour but this salon makes certain that the whole customer experience is personalised and special.
