I’m not from the area and booked a last-minute appointment expecting a regular haircut, but Pietro was so kind and caring. He really listened to what I wanted and I trusted him to have the creative freedom to do what he thought looked best. I’m so glad I trusted him because my hair has never looked better, and the experience was divine. Definitely recommend Pietro, and if I’m ever in the area then I will be coming back. Thanks again!

The Chapel was recommended to me by my partner, as she said it was the nicest salon she had been to. As someone who has spent far more time in barber shops than hair salons, I was particularly blown away by what a fabulous place The Chapel is. I was greeted with warmth and friendliness and was pleasantly surprised to see there were several other male clients there, too. Pietro was charming and I'm more than happy with the cut, style and advice he gave me.

Had an absolutely wonderful time at the Chapel today. Clare did such a lovely job with my haircut, it's so much lighter and fuller, I'm super happy with it. We also had a lovely chat about so many things - she made me feel really comfortable. I got to my appointment quite early and Charly kept me company until my haircut - super bubbly and friendly front of house! I'll be back next year for another big chop - I can only trust the Chapel team with it!

I had my haircut over a year ago, but never left a review! I had Callum Carter cut & style my hair. Callum was brilliant, listening to how I wanted the style, guiding me on what was feasible and responding brilliantly to feedback. Callum gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had, and I am returning to the Chapel again soon. Apologies this took me so long to do, but hope the fact I am leaving a review now shows how it has stayed on my mind!

I’ve been seeing Ian at The Chapel in Tunbridge Wells for several years to have my hair cut and coloured. I really like Ian and enjoy catching up with him. He is excellent as a stylist and colourist, always taking a great deal of care. I would like to add that I also find the Guest Relations Team friendly and helpful.
