Kate is the best vet I have ever seen with my cats. She is warm, kind, friendly and explains everything clearly to us. You can see this isn't just a job to her and that she really cares about animals (I hope she never leaves)

Absolutely amazing vets and receptionist s , they were very thorough and patient with my 13 yr very nervous germanshepard and was very honest with us as to the treatments on offer but didn’t force us into making drastic decisions. They were equally as patient with our 12 week old germanshepard pup who was very scared. I was able to make an appointment on line on sat evening for the sun for my old boy , and the cost was I think very fair

Recently took our dog to the vets with gastrointestinal problems. We were given good advice on treatment options and the clinician had a genuine care nature to help our pet. Would definitely recommend Park Vets Swanley.

It's been over 10 years since we had a dog and Park Vets was the practice we had changed to. We took our new rescue puppy for a check over - the vet was excellent in checking and explaining things, and didn't rush us at all.

The team at Swanscombe have been so good to our kitten (now cat 🥲) Miri. Everyone we have come across from Katie to Alex, Amelia and Sarah have all been amazing. Miri has actually grown to making friends with the team because they are just so wonderful with her during her health checks. The team take care in answering our questions, especially as first-time cat parents. The team also carried out the spay procedure and have been incredibly considerate and helpful in easing our worries post-op. Thank you everyone 😺

My trip to Swanscombe Veterinary Surgery, started with the ease I was able to make the appointment. The surgery was running spot on time wise, although, when more time has been needed, the vet happily obliged. This is not just a Vets, all of the staff genuinely care. My regular vet is Lauren, just everything you want in a person who looks after your pet. Could not recommend enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Could not ask for a kinder team of people. They showed a complete 'can do' approach when we were trying medication to help my dog last as long as he could. But when it came to making the difficult decision to say goodbye, they made the tough final moments as pain free as possible. I felt like I had family around me, something which I shan't forget and I know that it would have meant the world to my dog Bernard too. No other vets like this place ♥️

The clinic and their staff are absolutely amazing! Charles and the ladies working there are always friendly and fantastic with animals and their humans! He has helped all of our dogs that we take to the practice, and we take 4 of them! We absolutely love him and the team, and Cica is Charles’ biggest fan ❤️

After going to our normal vet and was told are dog needed surgery and it was going to cost 10 grand. We decided to get a second opinion. We phoned vet after vet and finally come across the ark.. We spoke to Charles and he agreed to see belle, the best decision we made. The surgery was done the week after costing us a fraction of the price, the after care has been brilliant and is still going on. Any concern we have had he has seen her within hours or the next morning. All the staff there have been friendly and helpful. When you go there it does not feel like it's all about the money but the dogs (Or animals) best interest..

Saw my cat as an emergency (when I phoned 3 other places including my own vets my family and I have used for 20 years) The vet went above and beyond, knew exactly what my cat needed and got the job done!! Very fairly priced! Even though it’s not an ideal location RE parking I will now be returning for all routine appointments and have recommended this practice to friends and family. I also thought the receptionist was very warm, friendly and ensured my cat was seen to! One very happy cat and owner!

Superb place Charles is a diamond. Alan I've only dealt with once but is also quality. All the ladies that work there are superb. An exceptional vets...very helpful and understanding...can't fault them.

We were resistant initially to change vets but have found St Pauls Cray to be Fantastic with great staff and thoughtful aftercare. Our cats had procedures carried out and this vet is very reasonable in their pricing. We do not feel overcharged and had extras added unjustifiably. Would highly recommend.

Amazing, caring and compassionate Vets. Having to say goodbye to my shadow was one of the toughest things to do but the staff at the Shrubbery were super supportive throughout the entire process. They cared for him from a pup to a ripe old age with his checkups and boosters which he always loved as going there meant a fuss being made of him. When the time is right we will be back with a new addition to the family but for now it’s hugs all round to you beautiful people. X

I rushed him to Shrubbery Veterinary Center, where the team took him in right away. Absolutely lovely people that work at this veterinary, we recently lost our Cat sparkles to a tumour the vet made the situation as comfortable for me and my family and Sparkles as possible . Meopham veterinary hospital saw my six month old English Bull Terrier within an hour of me contacting them. I was seriously concerned about his condition which had deteriorated frighteningly quickly. On arrival we were attended to immediately, his history reviewed, temperature taken and informed as to how the diagnosis and treatment would proceed. After some hours in hospital (with plenty of affection from staff) he was allowed home for the night with an arranged appointment for the following morning. Fortunately he appeared slightly better and agreed that close monitoring was now needed and a prompt return to hospital should we feel it necessary. No extra medication was suggested. Thank you, from a very grateful and relieved owner.

I just turned up at their door quite late in the evening as I thought my dog Kai was choking, they saw me straight away, he had kennel cough & 3 days later I again just turned up & was seen within 10 mins, Kai had pneumonia & was admitted, they couldn’t have been more helpful, kind & got him on the mend within a day. Highly recommended by myself & Kai

Highly Recommended - Great First Experience! We recently registered our Cavapoochon, Flo (Florence), with Meopham Vets and were thoroughly impressed with our first visit. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put us at ease. Vet Megan, in particular, stood out for being incredibly informative and helpful. Flo felt completely at ease with her, which was such a delight to see. Megan took the time to explain everything in detail, including the Pet Health Club plan, which we decided to join. We’re confident this was the right decision for Flo’s ongoing care. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we’re so pleased to have chosen Meopham Vets.

Came in on Sunday due to our miniature dachshund Gracie being in allot of pain with IVDD. She had lost the use of her back legs after a long journey with IVDD having operations and conservative rest. We came to a decision to sadly put her to sleep due to her ongoing battles with pain and paralysis it wasn’t fair on her to keep suffering. Mead are not our usual vet’s but she was in so much pain and discomfort we had to do something that night. The receptionist was very helpful and told me everything we needed to know as we had never gone through this before, and the vet lady was very understanding kind and patient with us especially knowing how sad we were, she let us have as much time with Gracie as we wanted and spoke through everything she was going to do. Was a very emotional day but I cannot thank your veterinary practice enough in helping us with our beloved Gracie whom is no longer in pain, we will miss her very much and will soon be picking up her ashes from yourselves so she can be at our home protecting us when the front door goes with her little growl. Thanks again to Mead Veterinary.

We have been using this vets for over a year and they are always so wonderful. Our Maine coon needed Entropion surgery and a complicated neutering and surgeon Luis was amazing, the after care was so good. I have every faith the staff really care about all pets that come through the doors. We visited today for Booster jabs and as always the cats were fussed over and we are put at ease straight away. Thank you for a 1st class experience everytime.

They are always so nice! Unfortunately, my pet rat had to go, she had a really bad infection that could not be treated and I had to do one of the most difficult decisions of my life and end her life. She was not well and was suffering a lot. They were always very nice and lovely. They even sent me a condolences card and daisy seeds to plant in memory of my lovely pet rat, Dory.

Thank you all for your wonderful help on Friday pm after our dog Bobby was unable to weight bear on his right front leg. The vet was great and so caring with Bobby. Plus the receptionists were lovely. This is the first time our dog has had any problems in his 4 years with us. As a foot note...Bobby is now absolutely fine. Great practice!! Our dog gets very stressed at the vet and I really appreciate how kind and helpful the staff have been when we bring him in. The vets are experienced and we were so pleased with how they managed to help us when our dog got very sick. He was in pain and wouldn't walk or sleep. We had to run a few tests to investigate what was happening. The vet was knowledgeable, and reassuring at all times during this process. Luckily it was just an infection and the treatments they provided helped Juno our dog get better. I would also like to add that this practice genuinely put the wellbeing of your pet first and isn't a greedy chain that tries to maximise profit. We moved cities and I can only hope our new vet is as great as this one!

Great Vet! Called for an emergency appointment as my puppy was bleeding constantly from his claw and they saw him straight away and sent me home with a plan and medication. The staff on reception were so friendly and helped make me feel at ease. First time at Medivet and I want to take a moment to thank Dr. Leon, the vet who treated my cat several months ago. He was incredibly kind and professional, and he helped us with our insurance and financing options. Unfortunately, we had to return at 3am with our cat, Trasto, and we were fortunate to be assisted by a wonderful Spanish-speaking vet whose name I can't remember. As a Spanish myself being able to discuss certain terms in my own language really calmed me down, and it's amazing to have someone who speaks multiple languages. He was so incredible, such a lovely vet! He was fantastic, encouraging us to try alternatives before spending more money. Those alternatives worked within hours! The care we received was exceptional, and the emotional support during such a difficult time was invaluable. I hope we won't need to return anytime soon, as that would mean our cat is healthy, but thank you, gracias!

I was in an overnight emergency with my dog because she was having trouble giving birth. There were two very caring ladies who helped me perfectly. They were professional and empathetic. The doctor is a Polish woman, I don't know her name, this person deserves everything. He is a wonderful doctor and a wonderful person. She explained everything to me and calmed me down. And it also helped my dog perfectly. I am grateful to her.

I want to thank Medivet Dartford for helping my bunny Violet through her last 24 hours, she was my world and this practice were so kind and caring and considerate of everything I needed. I'm giving 4 stars because I left without my baby, but that's not on the staff - they were fantastic.
