John was so kind & helpful. He came out as a non urgent call-out to open my garage door. It was really tricky, requiring lots of different tricks to get it unlocked (linked to an electrical motor / fob / zapper). He was patient, friendly, professional & kept me updated throughout. Lovely fast service and a pleasure to deal with, John went over and above to source and replace two locks for me and before he left he quickly fixed a door handle for me that was hanging off precariously. I would highly recommend.

John arrived within 30 minutes of my call and repaired a multilock door which had a broken gearbox. It was too complicated for me to understand, let alone fix. He carried a spare identical gearbox in his van and was finished 30 minutes later. Excellent work and a very nice man.
