Thank you so much. I got Warren's number through a recommendation. Called and told him how I locked myself out of the house. Gave a time I will be at home and he agreed to work with that time. He came early (Sweettt). My front door is new so we decided on the back. He did his thang even though my back door had the key in. Few minutes and he was done. The door doesn't even show sign of drilling and all. The relief to be indoors from the biting cold was refreshing. I absolutely will recommend. Very happy that I called Warren. I phoned at 2pm and he was with me by 2.30. I have a very solid expensive composite door and the cylinder lock just kept turning. Rather than risk damaging the front door he gained access by drilling out the rear garden door. Then he replaced the faulty front door lock and the garden door lock. Good quick efficient service. I called fair trade locks when we had a problem locking our front door and a couple of misted double glazed units, chris came and fixed the door and measured up for a replacement unit which he returned and fitted the following week, done exactly what he said for the price quoted, excellent work, would recommend

Called at 11.20pm on a Friday night & they arrived before midnight. Asked useful questions on the phone so the quote given was accurate. Arrived, unlocked the door, did no damage to the door, frame or lock and gave me a theatre suggestion too! Would highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Paul from Lockfast. I accidentally snapped my key in my bedroom door, but fortunately Paul came to the rescue. He first gave me a great tip over the phone not to close the door, or else I'd lock myself out. He showed up prepared after I sent him some photos of the lock, and even though it was a tough job because my lock and handles are pretty old, he managed to fix it in just a few minutes. He also cut me a new key from the broken one since I didn’t have a spare. Plus, he fixed another door that I couldn’t lock properly, which was making me feel unsafe at home. Paul was super polite and kept me updated throughout the whole process, which really put me at ease. What really stands out about Paul and the Lockfast team is how reliable and quick they are, not to mention their reasonable prices. I’d highly recommend Lockfast to anyone - they really know what they’re doing and take great care of their customers.

Went into the shop today and the man was very helpful, I wouldn't go anywhere else to have keys cut. Since i have been using this company for a few years now. I have had house keys and my work keys cut ( about 20 + keys). They cut the keys right first time, every time. They are very professional and give a great service. Amazing service, I called at 8pm and Joe met me 45 minutes later, he didn't have the appropriate lock so instead of waiting until the following day he went to the shop and came back and fitted a new lock at a very fair price. I can't fault the service I received from Mr Porter this morning. Quick, efficient, friendly replacement of three window handles and their mechanisms that had worn out and come loose, leaving one of them permanently locked shut. Seemed to be no trouble at all. Porters were the only trader to offer me a free quotation and actually come and view our works before completing. Lead time was very reasonable, no hidden costs. Work was carried out very efficiently, Mark did a fantastic job and we were very pleased with the results. A big shout out to Mark for his help. My elderly father was recently visited by a locksmith from another part of Kent after having his home broken into. After seeing the bill I was concerned about how much it cost. I contacted Porters to get their opinion on the invoice. Sadly he confirmed that the costs were indeed excessive and unnecessary. Mark was so kind providing info and even offered to visit my Dad to check the lock free of charge! Within 4 hours he was there. He took the lock off to discover that the 'cowboy' locksmith had not even changed one of the parts he charged over £150 for. Whilst this has been a horrible situation for us, it has been made that much better by Mark and his fantastic work ethic. Now we have the facts, we can move forward with a stronger case to Trading Standards If ever we need a locksmith in future, I will be using Porters Locksmiths. Thank you so much
