Ian did a great job came out quickly and sorted my front door that has stuck shut despite the lock seeming to be working. He first had to "break in" then found The mechanism inside the lock had bust which luckily he had in his vehicle. He changed it for me and checked it worked before suggesting I did the same. He cleaned up (not that there was much mess) before he left. A friendly guy reasonably priced.
