We just had some locks installed and I have to say that the service we received was impeccable. David, the owner of the business is not only easy to communicate with, but also extremely helpful in answering any questions you may have. From the very start David was a pleasure to deal with, I asked lots of questions and the responses were immediate. There was an issue with delivery direct from the manufacturer of the safe who had recently changed their shipping policy to no longer deliver to residential addresses. David very kindly arranged for delivery to them and then have his awesome guys to have it delivered to me at a time that suited me They also unboxed it and placed it exactly where I wanted it and took the empty box away with them.
