I have been having my hair cut at this salon for some years now and I highly recommend them. When I first went to the clinic I wanted to grow my hair and I went in for a chat, Shazia was amazing she gave me a plan and inspired me with confidence and I really love the way she cuts my hair but also I really appreciate that she listens to my requests and we have an open discussion and I have always benefited from her knowledge. I’m a very happy client.

Maggie has been colouring and cutting my hair for almost 10 years now. I know that I am in the hands of a true professional and the service is enhanced by the use of Aveda products. I would highly recommend.

Great experience, I had a cell story facial in December, it is a great alternative to traditional microneedling which i have always found too painful to want to continue to do. In comparison cell story feels like a prickly cactus on your face for 72 hours, but no pain or broken skin etc. It is slight discomfort at best and gives you smooth clear skin. The clinic is beautiful inside, has lots of parking, and staff are friendly.

Zoe is such a lovely person. I enquired about a course of sessions, and she talked me through everything and answered all my questions, whilst making me feel confident and knowing she had my interests at heart. Both Kylie and Daisy, the other girls I saw during my treatments were also really helpful and accommodating as well as being friendly and professional. I have now completed my course and I could not be happier with the results! If you are considering any type of treatment I would highly recommend contacting Zoe and the team and I would definitely use them again without hesitation

Natalie offers an extremely professional and personal service, always going the extra mile-particularly in being accommodating with appointments to fit around my schedule. Natalie is fantastic, can’t recommend enough. My nails were ruined from attending various nail bars, she restored them and they are looking much better! All in the comfort of my home! I’ve a young baby and it’s so convenient to have Natalie come to my me. She’s a perfectionist and very reasonably priced too!

Natalie is absolutely brilliant at what she does. I love her nail art options and I always get lots of compliments when I have something funky done. I love being able to book in on line and it’s great having your nails done in your own home, it’s a massive time saver. She uses great products too!!! I arranged a surprise pamper session for my wife recently and booked her some time with Carley. With all the madness of Covid going around, i wanted something for her to relax. I cannot express how amazing her experience was. The hub is set up in a gorgeous characterful building, which is perfectly intimate but with all the necessary efforts towards Covid safety to make you feel comfortable and safe. Carley was an absolute pleasure and a true professional. My wife couldn't recommend her more highly and will definitely be returning for more treatments!

Wanted my feet to have some pampering and my nails to look good. Carley was extremely competent and did such a beautiful job that my toe nails look perfect four weeks later and this was not using gel. will be returning and keen now to try other procedures

Harpenden Beauty Hub truly is a hidden Gem! Carley is a perfectionist and does my nails so beautifully and with such care and attention to detail, I walk away feeling completely pampered and relaxed. I haven't lived in Harpenden very long but I cannot recommend Carley enough - she is wonderful!

Carley did the most amazing spray tans and nails for two very pale-skinned bridesmaids! She recommended just the right development times and everybody commented on how natural our tans looked! Thank you so much Carley!

Jenny was fantastic, not only did she do an amazing job of my hair (cut and blow dry) but she was lovely too! Also, I’d only booked a blow dry online (my mistake) but she kindly squeezed in the cut anyway. I definitely recommend!

After briefly speaking to me about what I’m looking for Lana knew exactly what I wanted and she transformed my hair from the before pictures to the smooth and stunning balayage in the last photo. Had colour and cut with Lana and I cannot recommend this salon enough! From the first call I made to book I felt completely looked after, and the results were better than I could ever have imagined! We had an amazing experience at Sabela Beauty. I booked my daughter in for a flat helix piercing for her birthday and Sabela was warm, friendly, patient and professional. There was a good choice of jewellery which was unexpected. The piercing was practically painless and has healed brilliantly. We are both delighted with it and would highly recommend Sabela for piercings and, no doubt, my daughter will be returning in the future for more!

Took my 10 yr old daughter for ear piercing. Sabela was fantastic - very professional and patient (with both of us!). Really took the time to make sure we were happy with positioning and choice of earrings. Could not have asked for a better experience. My daughter's feedback: "Slay. She is so talented and friendly, and she had great earrings to choose from. It hurt less than the covid jab - it hardly hurt at all :-)".

Sabela has been doing my nails for a few months now, and she is the best in the area! She does my nails gently but with great care and attention to detail, and is wonderful to chat to for and hour. My manicures used to only last me a couple of weeks, but with Sabela they can stay on for 3-4! Cannot recommend her enough.

Leah is wonderful. She has just done a brilliant cut for me. I went in with shoulder length straggly hair and came out with an amazing short pixie cut. Feels wonderful and looks great, a brilliant transformation. Can’t recommend Leah highly enough. The salon is really welcoming so it’s a great experience all round.

I had my hair cut by Charlotte at The Cutting Room for several years, and have always been very happy with the service. Charlotte is wonderful, and the whole salon is always welcoming and a comfortable and pleasant place to be. I've moved away from the area very recently but Charlotte was very helpful giving me tips how to find a new hairdresser; I only hope I manage to find one like The Cutting Room where I am now!

I had highlights and a trim with Jenna, and am so pleased with the final result! The salon was very clean and I felt safe with all the precautions they have in place for social distancing etc. Jenna was quick but extremely neat and precise with my highlights, and the cut she gave me is perfect and exactly what I asked for. 100% recommend and will be coming back! I was a bit nervous to get my hair cut, seeing as I’d had long hair for a long time, but the atmosphere in the shop was very relaxing and friendly. I had Hollie, and she was wonderful! She was very sweet and I’m absolutely in LOVE with my new haircut! I’d definitely consider going there again because of how wonderful the staff are, and because you leave looking absolutely amazing! Edit - I recently went in again to get some of my hair dyed purple and it was so much fun!! My hair turned out amazing, the colour was lovely and so were the staff, they were absolutely incredible and so so sweet :)

Hollie crafted this beautiful updo for me and I couldn't be happier! I have never had my hair styled by anyone before (I rarely get my hair done for anything due to previous bad experiences) and it was the smoothest and most comfortable experience I could have asked for. The outcome is better than the photos I showed her for reference! Hollie has a way of chatting that makes you feel at ease and you can tell by the way she works she is extremely experienced and talented at what she does.
