I contacted Nick for the first time regarding the removal of mesh installed by a solar company and to refit new mesh as recommended. Nick arrived promptly on the agreed date. Upon inspection, he found that the solar panels had a wider gap, which was allowing pigeons to nest. He advised me to contact the solar company to reposition the panels, as even if he installed new mesh, the issue would persist. Once the panels were re-positioned, Nick returned and, upon rechecking, advised that only a clean-up was necessary and that new mesh was no longer required. I truly appreciate Nick’s honest advice and the fact that he came out twice, without charging any extra fees or suggesting unnecessary work. Had annoying pigeons under my solar panels! Nick came round, removed them cleaned all under the panels and meshed it off. I enjoyed watching all the pigeons going 360 around my solar panels not being able to get in. Even they thought he done a good job! Overall happy job properly done 👍

As a result I contacted Nick at Nex Pest Control who explained what needed to be done, gave me a quote and date when they could come out to fix my problem. They duly arrived as agreed and completed the work together with cleaning the area around my panels. A few months on and I am happy to say everything is great - no birds,no mess and no noise!!. I got quotes from a few companies that offer pigeon proofing of solar panels and Nick stood out as really caring about installing a lasting solution. While others offered to glue spikes to the side of the panels or use plastic fixings, Nick uses his own stainless steel design which he makes in house. He also stocks a range of meshes and having tried them all, knows which works best for a given application. He was efficient, careful and the end result looks tidy and robust. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quality installation that will last as long as the panels.

I telephoned Patrick on a Saturday to report 2 live wasps nests (unusual for December) which needed urgent treating and removal before some scheduled loft work. He was friendly, professional and gave great advice. He came the following day to treat the nests and was back again and on-time on the Monday morning to remove 2 huge exterminated nests. At all times, Patrick was impeccably professional and respectful of the property and the price for two emergency visits was incredible value. His website is excellently laid out and informative and add that to his high service standards and there is quite literally nothing to fault. 10 out of 10.

We ask for help from John O’Conner and 3 days later the technician call me 25 minutes before arriving. Explained what he would do amazed to see the level of preparation. Still found evidence of bugs. Treated the bed frame and room and left us with a safety notice of the product. Highly professional and patient.
