We have had several home visits from John O’Conner team due to mice entering the home through holes/ cracks in brick work. We were super impressed with Mark who was very thorough and checked the house out, filled in gaps gave brilliant advice and answered all our questions. We ask for help from John O’Conner and 3 days later the technician call me 25 minutes before arriving. Explained what he would do amazed to see the level of preparation. Still found evidence of bugs. Treated the bed frame and room and left us with a safety notice of the product. Highly professional and patient.
