Really good service. Bradley went above and beyond, solved my rat issue and removed and replaced my loft insulation, would recommend to any one.

Whilst it wasn't great having a rat in the house I've now discovered a brilliant pest control person whom I'm very happy to recommend. He was punctual, efficient, tidy and thorough. He really knows his stuff and even though he'd got the rat after his first visit, he returned twice more to check there were no more and to fit a valve to stop others getting in. Excellent work and a proper professional.

I called Peter one evening about a very active wasps nest under our kitchen eaves. He arrived the next day and treated the entry point as the nest was inaccessible. Within a couple of hours, the wasps were gone. A couple of days later, I noticed some stragglers had found another entry point - Peter dropped by the same day and treated this as well, at no extra cost. Very happily wasp-free now! Peter is very personable, provides a very efficient service, and is happy to share his knowledge. I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

Was working at their office and wanted them to sort out a pest problem for me , Peter gave me some excellent advice on what i should do , the advice worked perfectly. Peter was very good because he could've came to mine and done the job and charged me but he didn't , instead he advised me and saved me money . I no longer have that pest problem . We’ve used Peter twice in which he’d successfully in one go eradicated a wasp problem and more recently helped with a Rat issue in the walls, he baited the house throughly and we successfully had an uptake of bait which has hopefully helped the situation come to an end. We've just bought a little 2-bed which had been renovated. Horrified to find little bugs dotted around skirting boards. We did a quick check online for pest control services and EPC was best. Their response was rapid. Two spray visits and a three month follow up to check was the routine package. The visits were quick, 20-30 minutes. We needed to vacate while it was being done and not return for 4 hours. So far, so good. This is an excellent service, very professional and an extremely friendly couple did our job. A problem with bees entering the house was quickly resolved without the need for a visit, leading to a reassured, happy customer. Much advice followed and no charge was made. Jack demonstrated how a business should be run. He is honest, professional and will only visit and charge if absolutely necessary. Refreshing.

Not entirely sure where to start to give Jack the credit her deserves! We were blown away by how incredible he was not just at resolving our Pest issue, but in the due diligence and care provided. The short version of the problem is we had Rats in the walls! Very loud and very invasive rats! We called jack and he was round within a few hours to do a preliminary check of the house/drains/garden etc. opting for the least invasive measures to start with which we wanted. Unfortunately not two nights later we actually saw one in our kitchen at around midnight! It’s one thing knowing they are in the walls but to know they had managed to get into the house was a different ball game. Once again we called, and Jack was round asap. This time we took measures further and pulled out all the appliances where we found two potential entry points, both of which Jack closed up with concrete! Next he spoke with our neighbours who agreed to let us lift up the fence posts to check the side of the house and thats where Jack found the entry point! I didn’t know how he saw it either as I didn’t which only shows how good he is at spotting all the signs to look for! He advised we inject poison in this particular area to kill/deter re-entry rather than concrete up at this stage as he didn’t want to risk blocking them in, and then advised once the noise dies down to come back and block it up for good which is exactly what happened! Issue sorted within a few weeks! The communication was spot on too more often than not Jack actually reached out to us to check in way more than we reached out to him! We have two autistic children and whilst we don’t expect preferential treatment in any way jack definitely seemed to understand the implications and looked after us more than we could ever have hoped for! Whilst I hope we never have to use him again, if we do I would’t ever go anywhere else than Jack at Tracker pest control as he is hands down the best in the area.

Also put me in touch with a really nice plumber who helped fix my toilet....the rats have not been back since Jack came...He is very reasonable aswell...I would highly recommend him.😊😊😊

I had an issue where I could hear something in the wall, my neighbour recommended Jack. He responded to me very quickly and booked me in for a visit. When Jack visited he check all around my house for entry points and also the drain. He baited where necessary and came back the following week for a check up and can back a 3rd time to fit a flap in the drain to prevent further issues. A week later I heard another quieter noise in the loft and Jack was very quickly to come out investigate and solve this problem too, this was at no extra charge which is a testament to the service they provide. Paul was a pleasure to do business with. He wasted no time in laying some traps in our loft, in order to catch the rats we had previously heard and seen. After one week he returned and to our amazement had caught three of the blighters. After resetting the traps and laying down some fluorescent powder to see if there was any tracks he went away. He made an appointment to return 2 weeks later. However two days later I noticed the traps had bagged another one, I messaged him and he returned again, for an extra visit and removed the offending vermin. The final visit he confirmed that there was no further activity in the loft. He also inspected the exterior of the property to determine possible entry points for the rats, so we can address them. All in all, everything you would wish from Vermin control. Hopefully would never need his services again, but if we do I would do so in a heartbeat.
