Was working at their office and wanted them to sort out a pest problem for me , Peter gave me some excellent advice on what i should do , the advice worked perfectly. Peter was very good because he could've came to mine and done the job and charged me but he didn't , instead he advised me and saved me money . I no longer have that pest problem . Used them before several years ago and had very good service, so called them out today when I discovered a wasp nest inside our bathroom wall. Peter arrived promptly, spent some time investigating, and very honestly told me that it wouldn't be advisable for him to treat it from outside as there was no visible wasp activity at the time. He also visually checked around the outside of the house in case he could see any wasp activity. It's refreshing to find such an honest and straightforward attitude. I'd have no hesitation in recommending his firm to anyone with a pest problem.

We’ve used Peter twice in which he’d successfully in one go eradicated a wasp problem and more recently helped with a Rat issue in the walls, he baited the house throughly and we successfully had an uptake of bait which has hopefully helped the situation come to an end. He’s friendly and knowledgeable.

I called Peter one evening about a very active wasps nest under our kitchen eaves. He arrived the next day and treated the entry point as the nest was inaccessible. Within a couple of hours, the wasps were gone. A couple of days later, I noticed some stragglers had found another entry point - Peter dropped by the same day and treated this as well, at no extra cost. Very happily wasp-free now!
