I’ve been a regular visitor for massages over the last few months and I think Hannah is exceptional. I leave each time feeling amazing. The whole salon is so warm and inviting. As an added bonus Hannah is really lovely and very caring. I couldn’t recommend enough.

Would give 10 stars if I could!! Hannah is just outstanding. Very knowledgeable with a beautiful practice, but most importantly she is so kind, funny and caring. She really goes the extra mile and her passion for what she does shines through. I could not feel more comfortable at my appointments and feel so very fortunate that I found her. I had a collagen wave with Hannah for the first time form her recommendation and I’m so happy I did! My skin was suffering from hormonal breakouts and I couldn’t believe how this helped to clear this up within a week! Hannah recommended products for me at home too which have only elevated my results and I can’t wait for my next one!

I recently went to visit Hannah at the Retreat Rooms, berkhamsted for micro needling. As this was my first time of having the treatment i was quite nervous, Hannah reassured me every step of the way. Hannah is an amazing therapist always putting the clients needs first. I will 100% be back for my next facial and can’t recommend Hannah enough.

I had an hour full body aromatherapy massage with Hannah and have to say she is amazing, I left the salon feeling so relaxed but also re-energised, the products Hannah uses are lovely.
