Thank you so much to lovely Loretta. My daughter had the best first wash, cut and style experience. Loretta was very friendly, professional and so gentle with her hair. Discussing the style and my daughter just loved every minute of the whole process. She has very curly hair and it looked in the best condition when it was all finished! My daughter didn't stop smiling and skipped out of the salon and said "Mummy I've never felt so good!" Thank you, Loretta, for being so wonderful with her and making her feel very special indeed. Loretta did a beautiful half head of highlights and really brightened up my hair. I couldn’t recommend her and the Annex more. It was my first time going there and the salon was lovely and atmosphere great. I was offered a drink etc. which I think is just so lovely. Libby also helped with my hair and she was great!
