The service from start to finish was amazing and it’s clear she really prioritises making you feel comfortable and relaxed. I am very impressed by Alchemy & I, offering above and beyond any other salon experience. Every single team member are amazing and very caring during your visit. I love that their sparkling water is actually chilled with fresh lemon or orange slices. Their hair wash room are beds with blankets, a complete spa ambience, with great lighting and music. First time i have never had to deal with neck pain during a wash & treatment. The whole salon is equally a beautiful atmosphere with great music and menu. My stylist Dawn understands my hair journey and is always applying great colour and cut techniques. I trust Dawn and feel in safe hands during my appointments. I look forward to being a life long member.

I have always had an amazing experience with Abbie! With my hair being so thick and long nothing is ever too much to ask for with Abbie. She really does go above and beyond throughout the whole service with making me feel so welcome and relaxed the second I walk in the salon.
