I am writing to offer the biggest thank you to Maisie for the amazing job she did in applying my hair extensions yesterday. She has completely transformed my hair and the way I look. To say I am over the moon is an understatement. The colour and texture blend in so well that no one except Maisie and I would know my secret. Although I have wanted this done for quite some time now, I was very apprehensive about the process before meeting Maisie. However, I needn’t have been as she instilled me with the confidence in knowing that everything would look really natural and that no-one would know. I have to say, the transformation for me has been incredible. She has given me so much more confidence than I could have ever dreamed of and this has made me so very happy. I will definitely be recommending your amazing salon to all my family and friends, and I am forever grateful to Maisie for her friendliness and professionalism. So I have just come back from my appointment with Amanda and feel the most normal I have felt in a year. I was so scared about buying a wig but the process was so easy and everybody in the salon so understanding. We discussed various options and didn't feel pressurised in any way to spend a fortune. Have just arrived home from getting my first hair topper . I was a bit nervous but Stephanie B was so easy going and lovely . She went through all the care and answered my questions. She cut and styled my topper and was so helpful with styling ideas . Nothing was too much trouble and I am so thankful for this amazing place which I first used 14 years ago when I had cancer and was made a wig as I had such a small head . Amanda came out to see my aunt who was very disabled and couldn’t get to the shop in 2018 and sorted her out with a lovely wig . Thank you Amanda and Stephanie for the wonderful service you provide .
