Great hairdresser on all levels, colour and cuts, so friendly and easy to talk to. Totally recommend. Always seem to be able to fit me in as well.

I had a lovely experience of hair color & blow dry with Ellie Harvey. As someone who travels constantly, I am back and forth from London to NewYork, Asia & Europe & am accustomed to international standards. Ellie exceeded expectations. She was charming and thoroughly professional, completing the job within the estimated time of 2 hours. The vibe in the salon is friendly & happy & Ellie completed her tasks while telling me about her budding career in this wonderful salon. Thanks ML staff & thank you Ellie! The management should be very proud of you. I also loved that Ellie asked me how I like my hair blown (volume? or straight & flat?) That's not a question always asked but I always appreciate the thoughtfulness because I like a fuller look.

A really lovely experience! I was visiting Ware and had a cut, wash and colour today. Talula was so attentive with the colour and gave me a great head massage as well ( not forgetting a cup of tea and biscuit). Ellie gave me a great cut and blow dry. The salon has a home from home feel and is extremely professional. Brilliant value for money as well. I will make sure that I drop - in again next time I'm in Ware.

As someone who has an irrational fear of having their haircut, I cannot recommend this salon enough! Graziella is absolutely amazing!! She really reassured me and made me feel really comfortable! I take my daughters there (3 and 7) and the staff are so lovely and patient. They allways make a fuss of my girls and they really enjoy getting their hair cut and coloured. Not the cheapest but its worth it for a great cut in a lovely atmosphere.
