My first experience at the salon and absolutely LOVED my blow dry, one of the best I’ve ever had - thank you Megan! Such a lovely atmosphere and everyone was so welcoming from beginning to end. Will definitely be back!!

My best experience ever. First of all Mario gave me the best haircut ever, my hair is very fine and floppy after the haircut it was so easy to manage it myself and my hair felt bouncy and full of life. I love when I can manage my hair easily while at home as most of the time I would leave the hair salon looking fabulous and next day there would be no chance to replicate it. Just few months later all my family including my little kids all had amazing haircuts. Mario was so patient with little ones and did give them all the attention and time that an adult client would get. My kids had the best experience, so did my husband. There was nice addition to the hair salon with a nail technician. Now I book them both at the same time. My nails never looked better and my feet has never felt lighter and smoother. Most of the time I get my hair done and at the same time Violeta does my nails, really handy when I have three kids and no spare time to stay fab. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!!

visited the salon on two occasion , and can’t be more happier with both my transformation. On my first visit after explaining my previous experience of balayage at another salon Sophie listened to what I wanted and gave me suggestions and the outcome was exactly what I wanted and I was extremely happy. On my second visit again Sophie listened to what I wanted and again gave her professional view on what she thought would work well for my hair and again I was blown away by the transformation. All the girls are lovely, friendly, very professional and very welcoming. I look forward to my next appointment. Ladies I definitely recommend the essential lounge and can assure you, you will not be disappointed.

This was my first visit to Essential Lounge and I wasn't disappointed. The welcome was so warm, and Sophie (my colourist) was so friendly and professional. Over a lovely coffee we chatted about my hair and what I wanted, and she gave me her advice which I was really grateful for. She introduced me to Ellie who would be cutting my hair later on. The process was really efficient and I was looked after so well - it's a very personal service which makes a big difference. I was so happy with my colour - and Sophie gave me lots of advice on how to look after it, and recommended shampoos and treatments to try for the future. Ellie then spent time with me on discussing my cut, which I was again really pleased with. The girls are delightful, it's a professional, clean and brilliantly run salon - I will definately be back, and I would thoroughly recommend. Thank you Essential Lounge x

I highly recommend this salon, I visited for the first time yesterday. I booked with Ellie for a balayage. I had a balayage a month ago at another salon but didn't get the results I had hoped for so was a bit apprehensive the 2nd time around. Ellie took great care of me, she carried out a thorough consultation, I didn't feel rushed to decide what I was trying to achieve. She is very talented and took such pride in her work. She was genuinely interested in what she was doing and gave me a lovely result by blending the colour into the hair as I'm not a fan of the striped look. If you are looking for a fresh look going into summer book with Ellie! The salon itself was nice, very clean and calming atmosphere, and the music was good too, makes a difference when you are having a long service such as balayage. I look forward to my next visit!

Had an amazing time at essential lounge the staff very so friendly and welcoming. My stylist Sophie did a fantastic job on my hair I walked in feeling down and walked out feeling amazing. Would highly recommend this salon the manager nicola was so accommodating.

I am pleased that I did a walk-in as I have tried and tested various beauticians in the area, and Amber Hair and Beauty is the best. She is very professional and excellent at her treatments. Dora did balayage for the first time on my hair it turned out really nice and she cuts and blowdrys my hair very well. I would recommend her.Its hard to find a excellent hairdresser who is professional and knows what's she's doing , she also makes me feel at ease too which is a plus as I do get anxiety

Can't fault this place at all! The prices are affordable, the staff are majorly friendly and always offer you a great service. I feel comfortable getting my hair done here knowing they will take into account what I would like done. Most importantly the hygeine and cleaniness is always kept up to high standards. My first trip out the house after 3x stage spinal surgery..... wanted some highlights, wash cut & curly blow dry to make me feel like a normal human again..... Mel went above & beyond to make me feel welcome, relaxed & reassured every nervous step of the way!!! Came out of the salon 3 hours later looking like a different person.... 3 hours of pampering!!!
