Had a knocking sound which I suspected was either brakes or suspension. I had P T Motors recommended to me so called them yesterday, they asked me to leave my car today. They test drove it and identified a loose bolt, noise gone. Because it didn't take long they didn't charge. I have now booked my next service with them!

Brilliant customer service - very responsive on WhatsApp, very flexible and good comms whilst they had the car. The MOT and service were competitively priced, and - most importantly - they felt trustworthy. The car was ready on time and it felt noticeably smoother to drive. Highly recommend and I'll definitely be back. We switched from a main dealer over the last four years because we wanted a local, trustworthy garage that we could rely on and didn't feel overpriced like the main dealers, who aren't as transparent and feel like they're trying to hit targets. So in short, definitely pleased we switched! We'll be back next year.

Great garage. Visited for a second opinion after a local garage told me I needed £1,600 quid worth of work to get the car to pass the MOT. Steve told me to bring the car down the next day to take a look. None of the work was needed and Steve’s honesty saved me a grand a half! Highly recommended.

Fantastic job on my Triumph Spitfire mk3, had her 18months and she'd been off the road more than on. Dale identified and rectified numerous faults with valve timing, radiator fan positioning, incorrect needles in the carbs to name a few!! She runs like a dream now, so grateful, I can now have some confidence in her 😃😃

I can honestly say this is the most helpful garage I've come across in the UK. First of all, they really take the time to listen to you and thoroughly go over the issues with your car. Their customer service response time is very fast—something you rarely see, if ever, at other garages. My car, a BMW 330i, went through extensive maintenance. They used Castrol oil and very professional-grade equipment. They also give you options when it comes to parts—whether you want original or aftermarket—depending on your budget, which is great. They don’t come back to you with nonsense like “we have strict rules” or anything like that. Instead, they’re confident in what they do and it shows. Great service! It was super straightforward to get my car booked in for a service. Someone got in touch quickly to help me understand the process, my car was picked up as agreed. I was called with information about the outcome of my service and proposed works to get approval before proceeding with any of them, and then my car was dropped back later that day, with the bonus of having been cleaned inside and out. Had a red warning light appear and rang up to ask if I could drop it in same day for a quick look, which they said was fine. Really nice and friendly blokes, advised me that my car guzzles oil so I need to be checking it more frequently, so they topped it up, and they also topped up my coolant which I'd struggled to get the cap off to do myself recently. Would gladly use again.
