I've been taking my car here for around 6+ years. Service is excellent, staff are friendly and I've never felt like I'm being overcharged or pushed into paying for something I don't need. Highly recommend

I thoroughly recommend Auto Motive. They carried out a Major service on my vehicle last year (whilst I was on the other side of the world!) and they collected it from my drive and brought it back. They conducted an interim this year. They have also done servicing and MOT on my Mother in Law's car, collecting it and dropping it back for her which is a huge help as she is elderly. They are also doing a full service and MOT on my wife's car next month. The customer service is excellent, with fantastic communication; I received photos of the condition of parts which is what I asked for. I can not fault the workmanship and the price is spot on for the work carried out and as quoted. What is even better is the fact you can really trust these guys; their knowledge and integrity is second to none. They aren't interested in squeezing you for money; they have a reputation to uphold so you can take their word for it if they say something doesn't need doing, or if something should get done soon. They are backed by the Motor Ombudsman, which is an accreditation that many independent garages don't have and usually something only found with Main Dealer garages, so it gives great peace of mind and cements the trust you can place in them.

Unbelievably good. Very kind and trustworthy people. Great prices. Superb quality. Will not go anywhere else for all four of our cars. You will not find more honest car services/repairers anywhere on the planet. If I moved counties I would still use them.

With that family run business … as i experience old school mechanic feels like in home with discussion with (I guess main mechanic or owner of company)… also people treat you more personally… they remember You …and talk with You different way … not like in big business… They tried You like a wallet full of pounds and idiots without the clue … plus you talk with people which they don’t know what they’re talking about 😂🤣 do you?
