My review is based on my experience up to completion of the works. The real crunch is whether my roof is still watertight in a decade or two, so come back for an update then! The installation went well and appeared to be carried out to a high standard. The team were punctual, friendly, polite, and cleaned after themselves pretty well. (Ideally, I'd have liked advance notice of when the skip would be picked up, so I could make sure they had access, but when they did turn up it so happened that the drive was clear.) The quote was competitive with other firms (and less than half the price of one them!). ARP came up with some creative ideas to meet our needs without unnecessary cost. I would recommend ARP.

Mark assessed the work. Gave a reasonable quote (actually cheaper than two others) mobilised the scaffolding and completed the job quickly and well. On minor issue relating to preventing pigeons under our solar panels required a brief return visit which was completed the next day. Impressive would recommend.

Am so happy that I used ARP, brilliant service! They have acted promptly from initial phone call to supplying samples, quoting and booking in the job. Both Mark and Simon are extremely professional and they really do go the extra mile to make sure the Client is happy - believe me, I know, as I nearly changed my mind about what I wanted half way through the job!
