I initially visited the Cuffley Smile clinic for a root canal consultation and treatment. Dr Bhuva was excellent as he explained the options and process. The procedure was pain free and successful . I have since seen Tina for a check up and restorative work to my root canal tooth. I have been pleased with these results too. The receptionists are friendly and welcoming. I have been very pleased with the experience and have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I'm at the end of Failed Root Canal treatment. I had two hours in the chair. I thawed out quickly and to my surprise had NO discomfort whatsoever. Every aspect of my treatment was fantastic and the staff were lovely as well. Many of my friends said they would rather have an extraction but I made the right decision. My daughter broke her tooth Friday. I called iconic smiles straight away, even though they are very busy, Tanya the receptionist got her in. Her tooth was built up by the very talented Natasha. It looks perfect, like her own tooth. I really can't recommend the whole team enough. They are professional, caring and extremely good with nervous patients. If I moved to Scotland, I'd still use them. They are stuck with me. Sorry Tanya 😁

I've not had the best time the last few times but the guy I saw today more than made up for that. He had mid length hair and was on the top floor but I don't know his name. He's been there since September 24 and I highly recommend him as he was friendly, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and had a smile. I hope he's there when I return.

I’m a nervous patient who hasn’t been to the dentist in many years. Diane put me at total ease. The appointment didn’t feel rushed at all which I really appreciated. Afterwards, the lady on reception was really friendly too. A great experience.

I've been at this dentist for 35 years now. The reception staff are fantastic as always. My son went today and saw a new dentist there called Josh. My son (22) has a couple of neurological conditions and suffers with severe anxiety. Donald (who is one of the best) was in there too with the dentist. He actually thought Josh was great! He kept my son informed before he done anything and explained it fully until he got it. He was very empathetic to his needs and let him do some work on his teeth. It's bad enough having a fear of the dentist, but having trust in the dentist looking after you is 70% of the battle. Thanks Josh, you had a very positive impact today. Thankyou.

I came to this clinic for the first time to have my teeth checked. To be honest, they are very polite and take very good care of you. I recommend it to everyone. Your dental health is in safe hands.

Absolutely love this practice and have been attending for many many years. When I first started needing any form of treatment, I had a severe phobia of needles (literally fainting, panic attack style phobia) and I recall needing a route canal. The dentist assistant at the time literally gripped my hand whilst I was getting the injection and gave me nothing but encouragement throughout and even the dentist themself was willing me on, taking their time and checking how I was feeling every few minutes. That experience has always stuck with me. I’ve been given prescriptions within an hour of calling up for abscesses on my wisdom teeth which at one stage were a constant problem for me (impacted) but rather than make me suffer, the dentist would prescribe me antibiotics without needing to be seen and immediately upon calling due to how quickly my infections escalate. The reception staff go out of their way to help you and always greet you with a lovely cheerful greeting and my current dentist is pleasant and great at her job! Cannot fault this practice. It reminds me of the good old days with good traditional values and atmosphere

HEARTWARMING experience from the moment checking in, lovely reception staff. Nurse was caring and supportive. Dentist was so informative and kind. I need a new crown and I was talked through all options, I felt comfortable and confident with the treatment plan. I definitely recommend this dental practice to anyone unsure and nervous. This is our family dentist. When we moved to Cheshunt we were looking for a dentist we felt confident with. Dr Patel has always treated my family with care and kindness, gives timely treatment and often advice as preventative measures. Our daughter has had teeth with abnormalities and the dentist has always been realistic in his diagnosis, made referrals when necessary and employed as much preventative measures as possible. We are really happy with our experience with Cheshunt Dental Practice, they are expert and thoroughly professional. When we move we’ll be travelling back to CDP to continue our dental care here, we wouldn’t go anywhere else. E, aged 10 says: I always come to the dentist happy and calm.I feel safe when I am at the dentist because it is a kind dentists and nurses’ also, and it is very clean and nice. ** Elsie has teeth with abnormalities which require 3 monthly check ups and regular treatment.

Rumeet was so fantastic today - I am a very nervous patient and it was my first time at this practice today and he really made me feel at ease and confident to book in with him for my filling. Anita was also really lovely at the front desk ensuring everyone was seen to promptly and greeted everyone with a lovely smile. I will be staying with this practice going forward. I went to Cheshunt Dental Practice a few weeks ago and the dentist and staff are amazing. They are friendly, informative and very attentive. I was a bit anxious as I had to do an extraction but Dr. Patel was great that I can almost say I didn’t feel a thing. Would highly recommend.

I've been coming to Dipti (as has my wife and her family) for years and travel from another neighbourhood to see her. I had a very nasty abscess start off at the weekend but thankfully Dipti was able to see me on Monday morning without an appointment and my problem was solved in no time. Excellent.

I was fully consulted throughout the whole process, always informed, and always made to feel completely comfortable with any procedures before and during the work. Also with wonderful reception staff who were always friendly and helpful in every communication i had with them . My Wife and I became patients at this practice, when known as Paris & Christie, before my Daughter was born....my Daughter turned 45 in March 2025, need I say more?, ok I will :o) After our retirement we moved from living close the practice to near Kings Lynn in Norfolk in 2018, but we never went searching for another dentist, we go there twice, with a year, 'practice plan', for checkups with Mr Shabir Jagani, (always been him over ALL these years), and to see the hygienist, (now Regita, she's lovely), and with the understanding he will see us at very short notice if needed for any problems, bad toothaches for instance. So do I/we recommend this practice....you betcha!

I have been a patient at the practice for a few years and absolutely loved the care, professionalism and expertise of the staff that I now travel from the USA for my dental treatment. I have had both general and cosmetic dentistry treatments through this clinic. The practice were always very flexible when booking appointments to accommodate my busy schedule when I was living and working in London. As for the staff, they are wonderful and exceptionally welcoming. Dr. Abbas Manji has incredible bedside manner and truly takes time to explain treatment plans and ensure you are comfortable. I had a pleasant experience with the Dental Hygienist, Abbas who was amazing. I am a very nervous patient and have a needle phobia. Abbas took extra time to ensure I was at ease before, during and after the procedure. He even took time out at the end of the appointment to explain a further treatment plan. I had flown from the USA for this appointment and Abbas reassured me that they would work around my availability to schedule appointments based on my future availability. Recently had an aesthetic treatment (lips) done at Bullsmoor clinic and I can completely say it was one of the best services I have had. The consultation before the treatment was very vital for me as Abbas spoke through the treatment and procedures and guided me about the end result. On the day of the treatment we discussed what I wanted and what would be the best for me and what will suit me. The treatment was pain free which was also a bonus for me and during the treatment Abbas was talking me through exactly what he was doing and making sure I was fine. After the treatment he was still in contact with me to make sure I wasn’t experiencing any pain or problems. I would highly recommend the clinic and Abbas for any aesthetic treatment and cannot wait for my top up at the end of the year.

Beatrice is just so knowledgeable and has really helped me gain more understanding in how to look after my teeth after having my babies. (Pregnancy is not great for teeth!). I had a tooth extraction and the dentist Ekta and assistant were lovely. Always asking if I was ok and reassuring me. They made me feel very calm. Great care! I would highly recommend Bupa Waltham cross. The reception team is always very helpful too!

Attended this practice for many years. All staff are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Always a friendly welcome. Receive reminders for appointments, which I personally find really helpful. When I was younger I would be quite nervous of going to the dentist and hygienist. Not here! They are understanding and put you at ease. Brilliant treatment. Brilliant Dentist.

I changed Dentists a few years back to My Dentist Waltham Cross. It's the best thing I've done. Kerry on reception is the most approachable and sympathetic person. So helpful and reassuring. Nothing is too much trouble. She's a credit to her profession. It's the first dentist I've felt at ease with. Thanks for being so great.

My Mydentist as a premises, I knew as my dentist, from some time in the nineteen seventies. I looked around, to see if I recognised anything, from years gone bye, and did, a little. Divya and Patricia knew their stuff, and were pleasant staff, to know. I'm not always that relaxed, but they were fine with me. I chatted away, especially to Divya, and Patricia, general conservation, small talk. Reception also good. I forgot any payment method, thinking it was NHS free. So, on trust, I went home, and phoned in with my debit card. Unknown to me, was that reception had called,saying, 'Indeed, I owed nothing', on NHS. Overall, a fine experience, with no downside. Thank you.

My mum was late to her appointment and Nadine was lovely enough to rebook mum for a later appointment the same day her customer service was superb and she was very approachable. The dentist she saw was FANTASTIC!!! Mum had a dentist Phobia until today as the lovely Mayni make her so comfortable and relaxed she explained everything to mum I don’t think mum wanted to leave! Also Danielle who was assisting Mayni was lovely she also made mum feel comfortable and had a good convo with me, thank you all!
