The receptionists are so lovely and helpful! My dentist is Paula and dental nurse was Zilan - they are lovely and personable! made me feel really comfortable and put me an ease and were very supportive and helpful! Speaking through all options available for me to make sure I was happy- Thank you!

Very polite and friendly receptionist. The reception area was clean and tidy. The WC was clean with a good supply of tissue and towels. Went into my dentist appointment earlier than expected. The dentist was welcoming and friendly. She undertook a thorough check of my dental health as expected. I always get sufficient time to ask questions and receive feedback and advice on dental products and hygiene routines. There is no pressure to undertake non essential dental work. It is easy and convenient to pay by contactless card after treatment. I have been with this practice for over 20 years but I find the management by Bupa to be very good compared to previous management.

Every question I had was addressed promptly and thoroughly, and they went above and beyond to ensure my concerns were resolved. I had a tooth extraction and the dentist Ekta and assistant were lovely. Always asking if I was ok and reassuring me. They made me feel very calm. Great care! I would highly recommend Bupa Waltham cross. The reception team is always very helpful too!

Really happy with this dentist. Reception staff are always so polite and happy to help. Beatrice is just so knowledgeable and has really helped me gain more understanding in how to look after my teeth after having my babies. (Pregnancy is not great for teeth!). I’m like many, really nervous about tooth work and I can honestly say since finding this practice I’ve felt in safe hands and really happy. Highly recommended! Thank you Bupa Dental!
