I'm a nervous patient, or l was before, another good visit (a small filling) and l wasn't nervous at all. Richard is an excellent dentist and l feel quite relaxed when l go to the dentist these days. Laura always relaxes me too, all round a great team, highly recommend.

These guys are the best .. Wisdom teeth removal was never going to be nice for me - but they put me at ease, kept me calm and made sure the whole process was pain free and simple (also quick too). The new Biofilm Therapy was absolutely amazing. My teeth are so clean and there was no pain at all. Highly recommended Thank you all

Earlier this week, I needed an emergency appointment and they managed to see me straightaway. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly reception staff. I was really nervous about this appointment but the dentist Dr Shiv really helped to calm my nerves by taking the time to explain to me what the problem was and how it would be resolved. He was patient throughout the procedure and constantly checking that I was feeling ok. All the dental work I had done was to a high standard with no pain at all. Dr Shiv is a credit to the practice and I cannot thank him enough. I highly recommend this dental practice to everybody!

It's been a long treatment journey for sure but I couldn't of been in a more safer professional service than that of David Nolte and his assistant Kendall. Oh boy, what a top class team they make!. Throughout my many treatments I was made to feel comfortable and totally reassured by David's knowledge, advice and his thorough work ethic along with Kendall. Overall I'm extremely happy with the results. Thank you for putting scary dentist visits well into the past!

Wow, what can I say, invisalign is definitely the way forward. I now have to practice being able to smile without hiding my teeth. Daniel is amazing, he takes you through the whole process/journey with care and attention and what is achievable. Mr David Sher has been my dentist for over decade now. He is very friendly, patient and understanding. Even though I have moved from Bishop's Stortford to Harlow, I still continue to see him. I have tried other dental practices in Harlow, but the dentists were always very late. Even when I showed up on time, there were always two or three other patients in front of me, which meant that I had to wait for over an hour. This has never happened to me with Mr. Sher, he is always ready to see me right on time. Thank you!

Had an emergency appt for a cracked tooth yesterday. Dr Raj as always, did an amazing, pain free job. The whole team from reception onwards are professional, warm and welcoming in this very modern, state of the art practice.

I have left a previous review and I can’t say enough about this dental practice. Every one is amazingly nice and understanding if you’re nervous or can’t sit in the chair for too long. Absolutely recommend them and you feel you have the best technology and equipment and knowledge. I will never go anywhere else again. Teeth are ongoing work but already happy with the results!

A visit to the dentist can rarely be said to be a pleasurable experience. However this was the case for our 1st visit to Hertfordshire Dental Group. After being loyal customers of a private dentist close to our home for the last 44 years, the principal reason for the move was the decline in experienced staff since it's acquisition by a large medical group. We both agreed that the 30 min journey, instead of 5, was much more than justified by the quality of treatment care and service rediscovered at HDG.

Dr Jon is amazing, such a skilled dentist and a really lovely man. He made me feel so at ease, took the time to explain the process to me. He showed genuine care and compassion and gave me reassurance when I was feeling anxious. He was so understanding and insightful when I explained what I wanted to achieve with my teeth. The rest of the team were also really friendly.

Absolutely brilliant. Been here for many years now and had a lot done. Some have gone and been replaced but each as nice as the other. Simon took my tooth out after a consultation a while ago (2 root canals already so was very honest and said the best thing to do and told me the options and chances). Everyone there is amazing, the receptionist was fantastic and really helped and made me feel very calm and welcome and the assurance of the other bookings I made because I am terrible at keeping track of them! I will make a very very big compliment to the hygienist. She really is amazing and will go out of her way if needed to help on you. I would follow her if she ever left, absolutely brilliant and I can’t thank her enough.

Today I experienced the best service I’ve ever received anywhere! I spoke to Vicki on the phone who was beyond helpful to me and helped me book in an appointment as quick as possible, she was extremely polite and was very chatty which I loved! And she then checked on me after I had finished to see how I was and we spoke for a little while she was very friendly. I also had Lewis who helped me feel at ease as I was a bit nervous of needles, he made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing job on my broken tooth. The staff and customer service was absolutely amazing and they made me feel so comfortable throughout the process!

If you are thinking of having orthodontic treatment, look no further. I should have had my teeth straightened years ago. Ever since I was a teenager I have made a conscious effort not to show my teeth. How bad could they be I hear you say! To give you an idea, they looked like someone had let a hand-grenade off in a piano, they resembled unkept grave yard. I had an overshot bite, teeth in the wrong place and my case was so bad, I almost had to have surgery to correct my bite. I had my consultation at Limes and following X-rays and review of my case, I was started on treatment that would last approximately 2.5 years. It wasn’t easy and sometimes I questioned why I was doing it so late in life. Today the braces came off and I now have the smile and teeth I have always wanted. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and this was all made possible by the wonderful team at Limes. The staff at limes are fantastic, always polite, happy to see you and can’t do enough to make you feel at ease. If you’re thinking of having treatment, I’d recommend you to go to Limes, even if it’s just for a consultation. I did and I haven’t looked back.
