Today I experienced the best service I’ve ever received anywhere! I spoke to Vicki on the phone who was beyond helpful to me and helped me book in an appointment as quick as possible, she was extremely polite and was very chatty which I loved! And she then checked on me after I had finished to see how I was and we spoke for a little while she was very friendly. I also had Lewis who helped me feel at ease as I was a bit nervous of needles, he made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing job on my broken tooth. The staff and customer service was absolutely amazing and they made me feel so comfortable throughout the process!

I have came here for a few years now and the way they take care of their patients is very good. And especially explain what the process is and they do their best when they do all of this. They are all very friendly and nice even at the front reception desk. I would recommend coming here more often. The best orthodontic here !

We are so grateful to have found Bow house which is by far the best dental practice we have ever been to and we were treated more like family than customers. Me and my partner both are so happy with the treatment and the care we received by an incredible team. I am a very nervous patient and required more surgical treatments and this would not have been possible anywhere else, Bow House are fantastic at supporting nervous patients and the whole team make you feel safe, informed and at ease. You will be greeted by Richard the busiest man in the UK who is also the nicest man we have ever met and in our opinion is one of the key cogs to the practice. Richard is so helpful and goes above and beyond for his patients. Even if problems arise, Richard will find solutions and his relationships with patients is clear to see. We love coming in and chatting whilst we wait to be seen (Yes Richard also somehow finds time to talk with us whilst answering calls continuously in the reception). He is the epitome of the swan analogy and a huge thank you from the both of us for everything. The whole team are amazing and we would also like to acknowledge the excellent service from Anne Marie, Marta, Debbie, David, Mikey, Ed M & Ed B in particular. I have had THE most transformational journey at Bow House Dental, Tring, with the incredible skills of surgeon Dr Michael Ellis. I had been looking for years for a solution to an issue which had me feeling like no one could help. Dr Ellis not only found a solution, he created a huge transformation and was incredibly professional and present. I can honestly say that the care at Bow House has been consistent, caring, considerate and at every stage I was listened to, consulted and supported. So THANK YOU - for all that you do. Dr Ellis is hugely talented, I couldn't recommend you enough, and he has the best playlist too, as when you are there for a 16 teeth transformation you definitely need good music!

Claire and the team are fantastic, they always make me feel welcome and chat to me throughout appointments which really helps with any anxiety I might have. A wonderful dental practice - when I first joined I was terrified of dentists, but was very quickly put at ease and able for the first time in my life to feel fairly relaxed about dental treatment. A very calm, friendly atmosphere, always helpful about emergency appointments at short notice - what's not to like?

Will also miss my dentist John and his expertise… he saved my front tooth by a correct diagnosis and rapid referral to the Eastman hospital. And the reception / admin team so organised and friendly . Been a patient ofJohn’s for nearly 25 years now and his dental work has been consistently excellent. Even though I’ve since moved to Loughborough, for the last 10 years I’ve been driving over 140 miles round trip to Berkhamsted for any work. Sad to hear he’s retiring.

Great experience ! I personally do not like visiting a dentist until I met Dr. John. He took time to explain everything going on with my teeth. He takes time to assist when you have a question and explains patiently what needs to be done. Dr. John is knowledgeable and extremely professional and doesn't force any procedures either. Adeel is absolutely fantastic. He made perfect what I thought for years was unfixable. From start to finish he is faultless. Adeel was even kind enough to drop me at Kings Cross station so I could get the last train home to the North of England after staying late at the surgery to work a solution. He absolutely goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect. If you're considering implants, no matter how bad you think things are, go to Adeel, he will fix things for you and leave you astounded at the result. He's a truly lovely guy and will make you feel completely at ease with things. It's no exaggeration to say he has changed my life. Thanks a million Adeel!

Dr Adele is a true, highly skilled professional Dental Surgeon and a Gentleman , he also has a great sense of humour. From the moment I met him for my consultation on a full Upper Set of Implants , he made me feel welcome and reassuringly at ease. He took the time to explain my procedure in great detail and this quickly gave me total confidence to go forward. I am now 2 weeks post treatment and happy to report that I have regained my confident smile that has been missing for many years. Recovery has been so easy , no pain, just a slight discomfort which is improving daily. If there was an opportunity to give 10 stars out of 5 then I would not hesitate . I first met Dr Ali in April 2019. He immediately put me at ease and all the treatment I needed to have was fully explained, including a bone graft so I never felt nervous during any of the procedures. Dr Ali was so easy to talk to, friendly and very reassuring. Covid 19 delayed things for a few months but the wait was definitely worth it. My last visit was 2nd September to have the implants put in. When I saw the results I was so happy I cried. I can't praise Dr Ali enough for everything he has done for me. He has a great team working with him. I would also like to thank Liz who has been so helpful and kind To anyone who has been thinking about having implants, don't hesitate any longer. Make an appointment to see Dr Ali and have the treatment. It's the best money you will ever spend and you will be so pleased you made that decision.

Adeel is a fantastic human, clinician and mentor. He has a vast amount of experience in the implant field and is one of a handful of clinicians in the U.K. that is purely focused on Dental Implantology specifically: Same Day Full Arch Treatments. I have had the pleasure to assist him during various procedures and I am always impressed with how he can relax his patients , make them feel safe and at ease and explains the process of the their procedure in a way the patient can understand. I have referred my own Mother for some complex implant work and she is delighted with the results.

These guys are the best .. Wisdom teeth removal was never going to be nice for me - but they put me at ease, kept me calm and made sure the whole process was pain free and simple (also quick too).
