Came in for a hygiene at Bishop’s Stortford branch got the best service from the staff. Mary was absolutely fantastic by walking me through the process and assured me that I’m in safe hands which gave me confidence in signing up for the hygiene immediately.

I recently had a wisdom toothache and Dental Studios, particularly Bianca, were brilliant. They fit me in for an emergency check-up, took x-rays and made a referral. When the pain got worse very quickly, Bianca went over and beyond to help me. She gave me lots of advice, helped me find a clinic that was able to do an extraction quickly, shared the x-ray and whooped with joy when I called back to confirm that the procedure had gone well. Thank you!

Great experience,highly recommend .My daughter was so scared of dentists as she had a bad experience with other dentist in different clinic.I took her for check ups to different clinics and she was crying and didn’t want to stay,panicking.Thanks to doctor Dalma,nurse Bianca and the other nurse that was there today my daughter stayed for the check up and now she is happy to go back for her next one.Lady from reception is also so kind.

A good experience. I had 3 teeth removed and a denture fitted. Anil was professional and very gentle. Unfortunately I got an infection but antibiotics were issued promptly and although it took a few days to sort itself out, I was given advice and follow up appointments to make sure everything was as it should be. Would highly recommend.

Bianca was firm but kind with my 4 year old son. This enabled him to have his most successful dentist trip. Bianca thoroughly checked his teeth and gums. The appointment was on the ground floor, which was so much easier than climbing two flights of stairs with a little one like we’ve had in previous appointments. Only improvement on this occasion would have been if the reception staff were a little warmer and more helpful.

Very anxious of a visit to the dentist- needed an extraction. Priyanka was amazing- made me feel at ease and the whole procedure was completed in about 20 mins……. and no pain. Just brilliant- thank you

I was extremely nervous about going to the hygienist, having had some uncomfortable & quite painful experiences in the past. Hema made me feel so relaxed & comfortable. She was so considerate, explaining what she was doing and checking the pressure ensuring I was comfortable throughout the process. Would definitely recommend Katherine Place Dental Practice. I have always found the staff to be helpful, friendly and professional. I have seen a few of the practice dentists over the years and have always been happy with the outcome of my visits. Was seen today at short notice, no fuss, situation resolved. We will be moving away from Watford soon and I'll be sorry to say goodbye to these guys.

Went for my normal check- up today. Saw Minesh, a new dentist to me, who told me I now needed a replacement filling. I haven't had a filling or treatment for years. How happy was I to not only have the treatment the same day, fully explained as it was carried out, but painless too! The dental nurse Corrine( spelling) was very proficient too. Smiles all around😊

Receptionist Nicky was extremely efficient and very pleasant. Dr Minesh and his dental nurse were also friendly. They filled a tooth which had lost its filling. It was carried out in such a manner I found profoundly satisfying

Dr Ali and the dental Nurse Saeda who were both amazing as I had a dental emergency . They were both extremely professional and put me at ease. The receptionist where also very helpful. I would really recommend going to see Dr Ali if you are an anxious patient, he really takes time to listen to your concerns .

I was registered with another dentist, but they wanted me to pay private prices for an emergency appointment. I called Leeming Dental Clinic about 0930 in the morning and they registered me and saw me the same day as an nhs patient. The dentist did everything quickly but explained everything she was doing and fixed a broken tooth for me. .

My husband & I both had appointments today and we had Dr Hiba. We both were really taken back by how through, knowledgeable & kind she was. She was fantastic. We also must say that the receptionists were also really helpful & friendly. Thank you for your professionalism.

Today I had my new patient check up with Chee. She made me feel at ease as I have a phobia of dentists. Both Chee and her dental assistant were very understandable and patient with me when I had dental treatment after the check up. As always totally happy ! Anita ( my dentist) is such a lovely , caring and professional lady and takes every step to help me to relax . Like most people I find the dentist very daunting, but I have less anxiety now about visiting since I have joined this practice. Katie , was absolutely lovely !!! She carried out my hygiene work and used the new Airflow system , which not only tasted very nice , but was totally pain free . Mr Amey , the practice manager is a really nice guy,so helpful, approachable , kind and truly professional.. I can't go without mentioning the reception staff who are absolutely lovely too . Having used another dentist in BS, and being unhappy with the general advice and service, my wife encouraged me to use Bupa. I was seen today by Garima and her assistant. Friendly with great communication, I really could not fault any aspect of my visit, all of the staff are very professional and welcoming, I now know why my wife and kids actually enjoy visiting this practice! Find all staff especially Suki, Chloe and Nadia absolutely fantastic. Never had any issues, really put you at ease. I've had a few teeth pulled in the past but no one as good or quick and painless as Suki. Bravo to you all

Very friendly and helpful staff. I use the hygienist here and am always very happy with their work. Very patient and supportive for nervous patients like me! And also they have great advice on teeth cleaning due to my sensitive gums and how best to manage this. It’s always easy to book appointments and the prices are reasonable. I always get seen on time when I arrive, instead of having to wait in the waiting room for a long time before being seen.

Had to have a filling done and was quite nervous due to previous experience at a different dentist. I have to say this was the most painless dentist appointment I've ever had, and all done so quickly. Excellent! Thoroughly recommend 👌

This is the best practice with the best dentists. I've had some negative experiences in the past which leads to nerves but having Arnie as my dentist has calmed me so much. Lovely man than I trust so much that I can now go in knowing I need treatment and not be a sweaty shaking mess. Even my needle phobia is catered for with them making sure that I never see the syringe and being offered cream to make it more comfortable (I didn't need the cream because I trust them but it's appreciated.) I will always recommend this surgery and dentist. Thanks again guys.

Arnie is always friendly and explains everything in great detail (for those interested). I always enjoy a chat too as we have similar interests. He went out of his way for me in fixing a previous tooth I was not completely happy with which was really appreciated. Top service, lovely dentist, 5 Stars!

First time I had been to dentist in 10 years due to a bad experience, I was under the care of Krishan Kanzaria. I have never been treated as kind and with as much compassion as I have been under Krishnas care. He dose not advise as a nervous patient specialist however he needs to ! Krishna uses a range of state of the art equipment, giving you a full understanding of your situation. Then after explaining everything and discussing options will work out a tailored treatment plan. once you see Krishna you will not see another dentist!

Such a lovely experience at Arch Dental Care (how often can you say that about a trip to the dentist!). All the staff were so professional and friendly, and made m daughter feel at ease throughout the checkup. The dentist explained everything clearly and and my daughter left very happy with her trip! The clinic seemed very clean and well-equipped, and receptionists very helpful and approachable. Highly recommend for anyone needing a good dentist!
