I have just completed a course of treatment to crown 2 front teeth. I have always been slightly nervous of dentists in the past. However Jessica has totally changed the experience. The care I have been given by her has been excellent! The staff are really helpful and welcoming on every visit. I would certainly recommend this practice to anyone.

If you’re concerned, worried or even scared of going to the dentist, don’t be, Red House Dental and in particular Shareen will be there to make your time at the dentist, one to remember for all the right reasons. I’ve now had two appointments with Shareen and can honestly say without any doubt, she is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and experienced, and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the practice to anyone. In fact the reception are all helpful as is the dental nurse, in other words the whole experience of attending is a pleasure.

A wonderful dental practice - when I first joined I was terrified of dentists, but was very quickly put at ease and able for the first time in my life to feel fairly relaxed about dental treatment. A very calm, friendly atmosphere, always helpful about emergency appointments at short notice - what's not to like?

I first met Dr Ali in April 2019. He immediately put me at ease and all the treatment I needed to have was fully explained, including a bone graft so I never felt nervous during any of the procedures. Dr Ali was so easy to talk to, friendly and very reassuring. Covid 19 delayed things for a few months but the wait was definitely worth it. My last visit was 2nd September to have the implants put in. When I saw the results I was so happy I cried. I can't praise Dr Ali enough for everything he has done for me. He has a great team working with him. I would also like to thank Liz who has been so helpful and kind To anyone who has been thinking about having implants, don't hesitate any longer. Make an appointment to see Dr Ali and have the treatment. It's the best money you will ever spend and you will be so pleased you made that decision.

Dr Adele is a true, highly skilled professional Dental Surgeon and a Gentleman , he also has a great sense of humour. From the moment I met him for my consultation on a full Upper Set of Implants , he made me feel welcome and reassuringly at ease. He took the time to explain my procedure in great detail and this quickly gave me total confidence to go forward. I am now 2 weeks post treatment and happy to report that I have regained my confident smile that has been missing for many years. Recovery has been so easy , no pain, just a slight discomfort which is improving daily. If there was an opportunity to give 10 stars out of 5 then I would not hesitate . Adeel is absolutely fantastic. He made perfect what I thought for years was unfixable. From start to finish he is faultless. Adeel was even kind enough to drop me at Kings Cross station so I could get the last train home to the North of England after staying late at the surgery to work a solution. He absolutely goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect. If you're considering implants, no matter how bad you think things are, go to Adeel, he will fix things for you and leave you astounded at the result. He's a truly lovely guy and will make you feel completely at ease with things. It's no exaggeration to say he has changed my life. Thanks a million Adeel!

Dr Adeel Ali is an outstanding Implant surgeon who is very passionate about his work. He is always looking for clinical excellence in every surgery he performs. He is a very humble and down to earth person. I have learnt a lot from his surgical experience and high end techniques especially in Full Arch Implant cases. He is also always avaible to help and mentor his colleagues. I highly recommend his Full Arch Implant Course to all the colleagues here in UK 🇬🇧 especially those who want to learn more advanced surgical techniques in full arch reconstruction. Drayton house dental surgery is a fantastic place. Today I had my six monthly appointment. It’s a five star experience. Each and every member of staff are kind and friendly, caring and professional. I have been at this surgery since the late 1970’s. I recommend it to everyone who may be looking for a dental surgery.

A first class dental practice. You walk into a nicely decorated cheerful reception area where you are always welcomed with a smile by the reception staff. Speaking from many years of attending this dental surgery I can say that Mr Mistry and his colleagues are all very welcoming, highly experienced and offer reassurance and professionalism. They listen to your concerns and offer good advice. Free parking is very convenient at the rear of the building. Finally please look after your teeth, there's nothing nicer than a smile!

Ria and Hannha were amazing with my nervous daughter. They couldn’t have done anymore to put her at ease and make the experience of 2 fillings less traumatic for her. If you are thinking of having orthodontic treatment, look no further. I should have had my teeth straightened years ago. Ever since I was a teenager I have made a conscious effort not to show my teeth. How bad could they be I hear you say! To give you an idea, they looked like someone had let a hand-grenade off in a piano, they resembled unkept grave yard. I had an overshot bite, teeth in the wrong place and my case was so bad, I almost had to have surgery to correct my bite. I had my consultation at Limes and following X-rays and review of my case, I was started on treatment that would last approximately 2.5 years. It wasn’t easy and sometimes I questioned why I was doing it so late in life. Today the braces came off and I now have the smile and teeth I have always wanted. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and this was all made possible by the wonderful team at Limes. The staff at limes are fantastic, always polite, happy to see you and can’t do enough to make you feel at ease. If you’re thinking of having treatment, I’d recommend you to go to Limes, even if it’s just for a consultation. I did and I haven’t looked back.

My son and I visited for his first appointment on Wednesday. The practice is run exceptionally well! To say I was impressed is an understatement! We were seen so quickly that my son was disappointed as he wanted more time out of school 😂! Every member of staff we encountered was professional, warm and kind. We were both very impressed!! It’s hugely disappointing to see a 1 star review being given when it is completely unfair and unjust! How someone, who selfishly obstructed a funeral procession (especially as the practice states on every text message that you should park in local car parks!) take to Google review and give a 1 star review is utterly ridiculous. We have been clients of Dr Kal since he started the CK Dental Health Clinic in Bishop's Stortford. Great experience ! I personally do not like visiting a dentist until I met Dr. John. He took time to explain everything going on with my teeth. He takes time to assist when you have a question and explains patiently what needs to be done. Dr. John is knowledgeable and extremely professional and doesn't force any procedures either. Today I experienced the best service I’ve ever received anywhere! I spoke to Vicki on the phone who was beyond helpful to me and helped me book in an appointment as quick as possible, she was extremely polite and was very chatty which I loved! And she then checked on me after I had finished to see how I was and we spoke for a little while she was very friendly. I also had Lewis who helped me feel at ease as I was a bit nervous of needles, he made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing job on my broken tooth. The staff and customer service was absolutely amazing and they made me feel so comfortable throughout the process!
