I really appreciate your professionalism, patience, kindness, and the time you took to explain everything so clearly. It meant a lot to me, especially as someone who feels quite anxious. You made the experience so much better than I expected—and even a nice one! I can see instant results and instantly feel more confident, I’m genuinely grateful for the care and results. A massive thank you to dentist Matt, he is brilliant. Had an upper wisdom tooth extraction this morning, the tooth was out in under 2 minutes and I didn’t feel a thing! Thank you to dental nurses Jo and Isla and Ruth for taking my x-ray and for all being so lovely and reassuring! Glendair is the best!

Cate as alway was fabulous and looks after my daughter so well. SETI was one of the best hygienist yet for my daughter with special needs, she was so good with her, kind and caring and did not rush her at all. In all this is the best dentist I have ever been to and am so glad I found it and decided that I would bring me and my family to this dentist. You have one of the best most kindest teams I have ever known for a dentist and service is top dog and so is all treatment. Found Dr Matt Cooper through Instagram who then completed my teeth whitening, composite bonding & retainers. The communication from first enquiring was very quick and wasn’t kept waiting long for an appointment. I had to rearrange my composite bonding appointment twice due to a medical issue but the team working with Dr Cooper were very understanding and rearranged with no issues. I wanted to keep my teeth as natural as possible whilst closing up some unwanted gaps on my front teeth which was achieved with composite bonding. Throughout my appointments I felt very at ease as Dr Cooper is very calm which helps if you are worried about having dental work. After my treatments, I have had many compliments on my teeth and spoken highly of this dental practice and the work Dr Cooper has done. I am so happy with my results and would recommend Dr Matt Cooper to anyone wanting to achieve their best smile. Thankyou so much. Attached is my before & after. Worth every penny!

Matt has done some composite bonding work for me in the past and I’m still really pleased with the final product. Very helpful & welcoming dentist. Would recommend to everyone going forward.

I came , with imtrepdation, for root canal treatment and saw Marian who clearly explained what she would do and answered all of my questions. I cannot ever remember any visit to a dentist being so pain free! The treatment was amazing , l didn't even feel the anesthetic needle, Marian is a true professional and l only wish she could be my regular dentist, l had no pain throughout the proceedure and no soreness afterwards. All dentist visits should be this way. I highly recommend Marian and all associated staff who made the visit such a good experience.

Referred here by my usual private dentist, had my mind blown and eyes opened by the thoroughness and standard of care here. Came in thinking a root canal and two teeth out, thanks to the CT scanner they have and the skill of the endodontist working here. It transpires the work I actually need is much more conservative than first thought. Big shout-out to Simon and his assistant for their professionalism and friendly attitude which put me at ease straight away as I was riddled with anxiety. Would 100% recommend this place. Looking forward to completing my treatment and returning to full health. Practice is clean, tidy and a pleasant place to be, waiting area very relaxing and the dental suites kitted out with the latest gear. Consultation somewhat pricey but worth every penny, I expect my visit here has saved me a pretty penny and discomfort going forward. Cannot reiterate how impressive this place is, got me in at the last second before a holiday too.

Following a referral from my own dentist back in 2021 for restorative treatment, this dental practice has changed my life. I cannot praise the whole team enough. In particular a shout out to Mike Ainsworth, the implantologist. He has the most calm composure and is the ultimate professional and perfectionist. He made me feel relaxed and reassured me every step of the way during my treatment. I now have the best smile! Thank you so much. The nursing team are to be commended too as they are so friendly and show empathy throughout. Also walking through the doors you are welcomed by the most friendliest reception and admin team. They greet you with a smile and help you to feel comfortable, and they have the best waiting room!! To top it they have a brilliant radio to listen to, this adds to the fabulous decor!! I can't speak highly enough for all at this practice! From the wonderful receptionists to the nurses, hygienist, and dentists! I had an awful time with a few teeth - one in particular, and had lots of pain, couldn't eat properly, and to be honest it got me down mentally. Every time I called the practice they were always very accommodating, friendly and professional. Thank you so much for your efforts, and hard work. I will forever be thankful that I was under your care!

James is fantastic with all my kids. One of my sons has Autism and he's normally very anxious and refuses to visit the dentist but since he's been going to James we've had absolutely no issue at all, he's more than happy to go. My boys see him every 3 months for checkups and it's always a easy and pleasant visit. The receptionists here too are so nice and friendly, always really helpful

I will be forever grateful to this practice for doing a better job than I could ever wish for. They have changed my life whilst making me feel so comfortable and pain free. I cannot recommend this place enough. I came to find this place while looking at Google Reviews. I am terrified (honestly, an understatement) of dentists and hadn’t been to a dentist in fear for a number of years. Matt has put me at ease with each appointment, talked through all works and ensuring I was okay consistently throughout the appointments. Everyone here is incredibly kind, friendly and I would recommend this Dentist to anyone and everyone! The receptionists are always available to help with any questions or queries (and genuinely want the best for you) Nothing seems to be too much trouble!

I have been a patient at this dental practice for more than 30 years, and I have never experienced such a high standard of care as I do now. After recently undergoing teeth straightening treatment, I found the level of service to be exceptional. From my initial inquiry with Scarlett, the communication regarding the most suitable treatment options was clear and informative. The treatment I received from Viktoria was exceptional, and I am thoroughly pleased with the results. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating, particularly when it comes to bringing my two daughters to the dentist.

I always feel cared for when I go to Thackery Dental by every single member of staff. No matter what the issue is (and sometimes it's parking not teeth) there is always someone there to help. The atmosphere is friendly, inviting and calm. Everyone is willing to chat or listen. I'm extremely happy with my experience every time I am there.

This is a beautiful dental surgery and all of the staff ate lovely and very helpful. My two girls ask lots of questions and Mr Basillous could not be more accommodating . They love looking at the sugar poster too!

I have honestly not been to the Dentist for many years. Had a bad experirnce. I visited Thackeray's dental today and I was so pleased I had to write a review immediately. Called because I got lost and Heather from reception was so helpful, even coming outside to give me directions. Dentist Mena, though he's younger, he is an example of what Dentists should be like - thorough, professional, knowledgeable but still compassionate. I must mention too the office was so clean and comfortable and no long waiting. If you need a Dentist with no frills and "troubles" this is the place for you..

I am an extremely nervous patient having had bad experiences in the past. My experience at Springmount (Matlock) has been brilliant. My concerns are listened to and respected and treatment is delivered at a pace I can cope with. I am much less anxious about my visits now and have, in fact, opted for elective treatment (whitening and composite). That’s massive progress for me! I can highly recommend Springmount to anyone - especially if you are anxious, like me! 😊

Today I attended my final implant appointment for two teeth. The journey has taken a year but I cannot begin to tell you how absolutely over the moon I am with the final result. I have neglected my teeth for many years through not visiting dentist’s regularly and as a consequence I have had intensive treatment for 15 months. I am on a plan and my treatment is ongoing but I know I am in safe hands. Thank you to Jenny whose chats calm me while I wait. Sam and her associates for everything they are doing and giving me guidance in the care of my teeth, and Sinead for arranging everything. Today I got my smile back and I am so pleased I chose Springmount. I really cannot recommend them enough, thank you everyone and see you soon 😉.

Over the last year of intensive treatment I have been extremely well looked after by all of the staff at Springmount. At every visit I was made to feel relaxed, and well cared for. At no time was I made to think I was 'just another' patient, but more like a member of the 'Springmount family'. The level of clinical care was exceptional and this continued into the after care. To be fair treatment isn't cheap - but somethings are well worth paying that little bit extra for. Thank you for making me smile again!

The dentist put me at ease and gave me a thorough check up. He went through all the options with me, talking them through and giving an indication of cost. Highly recommended.

Im almost losing hope to find dental clinic who can accommodate for my emergency case: extraction of my wisdom tooth. Almost all dental clinic sounds like hesitant to do oral surgery whenever I declare that Im currently taking blood thinner (pulmonary embolism case) My last on the list was Belper Dental Practice because it is too far from us, But yes like what other said the last is the BEST....😄❤️ From the receptionist (forgot to get the name I will update this review when I get her name) to the whole team was SUPERB!..⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The receptionist got all my details and booked me immediately within this day. I came to the clinic and no less than 5min nurse Collie and Dr.Manuel attended me immediately. Nurse Collie was with Dr. Manuel when doing the oral surgery, she was very welcoming and guiding me throughout the oral surgery and making you feel you will be fine and safe.. 😄 I repeated to Dr. Manuel my case that im on Blood thinner (P. Embolism) Im looking to Dr. Manuel and his face is so calm like a Master of Tooth Fairy... 😄 .... he was so calm that you gonna know and feel that he knows exactly what he is doing.... Dr. Manuels hand is very light I didnt even felt that it was done .. Its like he is just getting white heads on my face, 😄 its done like that... 😄 it was all done I guess in less than 15min. I’ve just had root canal treatment- not the best way to spend an hour, but the whole experience was so positive. I had absolutely no pain at all, the dentist was quick, totally professional and super careful. I can highly recommend him for anyone who needs that kind of treatment The dental assistant was lovely too. All in all, a very positive experience!

Only just joined from the other practice - so far, excellent in most respects. Reception staff nice and welcoming. The spiral staircase up to floor 1 might be a problem for some people, I was fine. Maybe there's a lift Treatment from dentist Jess Young was great as ever. Only minor niggle is to be asked to pay for work yet to be carried out in a further appointment. Not great. Despite this, I'd recommend this practice.
