Before starting treatment at Glendair, I suffered from a range of dental-associated phobias that prevented me in the past from having much needed treatment. However, it wasn’t long after my original consultation that I gained both the confidence and mental capability to engage in the required procedures due to the friendly, comforting staff - especially Cate! She has been absolutely fantastic and I feel extremely grateful to call her my dentist. I couldn’t recommend this place enough - thanks to them I have finally resolved oral issues that were affecting my quality of life!

My first visit today to Glendair (first of MANY). After 10 years of not visiting a dentist due to extreme fear, I plucked up the courage to make the appointment. So glad I did. The receptionists are lovely and the waiting room is comfy and spacious with a very welcome TV for distraction. I expected that dreaded ‘dental surgery smell’ but it wasn’t there! Matt, Jo & Ruth were so patient and kind and absolutely non judgmental. Faced with a gibbering wreck, they were calm and completely reassuring. I’m right at the start of my oral health journey but absolutely committed to getting this treatment completed, then be a religious 6-monther. Thank you all for your kindness. It’s appreciated very much ❤️

I’m totally petrified of the dentist… meeting Matt lamb, Jo his assistant and the rest of the team has been the best thing ever. Matt is the most caring and calming dentist, he’s got me through a lot.. he is willing to spend time with you to calm you .. by far the best ever . My experience was consistently excellent from the moment you walk through the door to the moment you walk out. I cannot recommend Glendair enough, above and beyond to help me. I feel totally at ease and comfortable with the treatment and care I receive. I would rather pay (and it is cheaper than you think) to have such excellent treatment than rushed, un-empathetic, poorly informed treatment from the nhs provision, which I don’t knock but I don’t feel goes nearly as far. I could kick myself for not going over to Glendair sooner, they are brilliant

Friendly, efficient and caring team! Just finished a course of Invisalign, teeth whitening and composite bonding, I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Get so many compliments on my new smile! Dr Patel and his team were lovely throughout, always keeping me informed, nothing is too much trouble! Would highly recommend.

I was incredibly anxious to have a wisdom tooth removed, I was referred to this dental practice from my normal one. I originally opted to have my tooth removed with sedation however changed my mind to just have it removed without, I was booked in quickly and the receptionist was very kind and reassuring. I had my appointment with Gregory and he was fantastic. Both him and his assistant were calming and reassured me. He was thorough with the numbing and then my tooth was out within minutes. I was relieved it was quick and easy and very impressed.

I cannot recommend Dr. Nikola highly enough! From the moment I walked in, his warm and professional approach put me completely at ease. He takes the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring I feel comfortable and informed. His attention to detail and genuine care for his patients are second to none. Whether it’s a routine check-up or a more complex procedure, I always leave feeling confident and well looked after. Thank you, Nikola, for making trips to the dentist such a positive experience!

All staff from reception to the dental surgeon were friendly and professional. Wisdom tooth extraction went smoothly with full explanations and advise. Reception staff were caring and supportive after surgery even a follow up call later in the day to check on me. Would highly recommend.

My husband has not been to dentist for many years.but after falling in the garden he needed a dentist.He approached Blagreaves surgery the treatment he received was outstanding Mr Bola was very helpful and understanding the treatment was both extensive and highly professional , his care and reassurance towards my Husband has enabled him to now continue to visit the surgery on a planned schedule Thank you

Lovely friendly receptionist, and the dentist was happy friendly and explained everything to me. She was gentle when examining my teeth and the welcome smile to put you at ease. 10/10

My check up appointment was completed very quickly with minimal waiting. . I found the receptionists, the dentist and her assistant polite , friendly and efficient. Very pleased with my visit as a pleasant encounter can put a positive slant on the whole day.

My chrome plate that I'd asked for instead of a plastic one is amazing which was down to Saba being so meticulous and thorough. My experience at the Dental practice from the lovely ladies in admin to Helen who assists Saba has been fantastic, kind, polite, thoughtful and always had my best interests at heart. I couldn't recommend this practise enough and anyone with anxiety, your fears are expelled almost instantly, keep up the good work everyone.

I came to see the periodontist, with some apprehension. He was v capable, but then he left and I was moved on to a wonderful woman who explained everything. She made a master plan, explained why, and seems to know what she is doing. She doesn't hurt!!!! It's not cheap, but feels worthwhile, and my teeth look great. Shout out to Lyndsey too, who always says Hello, has the patience of a saint and is kind. Nothing is too much trouble.

It has been a pleasure to take my mum who is 91 to ONE80DENTAL. All the staff have been very pleasant and helpful and Sherif Elbarbary was very courteous and friendly and did a great job for my mum.

A great visit to One80 Dental today. I saw Samantha the Hygienist, who was fantastic. She immediately put me at ease and was so gentle. Dare I say it was (almost) a ‘relaxing’ experience! So much better than I have had elsewhere in the past. My teeth feel amazing and I will now not put off future visits to the dentist! A big thank you also to the lovely dental nurse, I think her name was Eran(?) Look forward to seeing you again soon.

I have been a patient of David Murphy for approximately 25 years & travel a fair distance for my appointments with him; this in itself speaks volumes. He explains every procedure, answers any questions I may have & puts me completely at ease which is no mean feat. Everyone I have met at 180 Dental has been extremely pleasant & professional so I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this practice to anyone.

Monica is the best dentist I have ever been to! She's really competent and her expertise inspires confidence and trust in me as a patient. She is also extremely caring and always tends to my pain and concerns. I have been recovering from a traumatic experience with another dentist and the way she works healed something in me. I strongly recommend her services, and can't thank her enough!

Having hunted high and low for an NHS dentist after having lived abroad since my retirement I am pleased to have found Totley Rise dental practice. Registering was easy, I was seen quickly and all the staff have been very kind and friendly. They are just brilliant. I have undergone fairly extensive treatment with Ella who was both patient and understanding about the concerns I had. Treatment options were discussed in detail and subsequent treatments have been thorough and pain free courtesy of a couple of injections. I can now smile again without feeling self conscious. Thank you so, so much!

I had another successful visit to this superb dentist last week. Always such a lovely experience in a modern and clean practice that’s buzzing with a professional clinical team. A really pleasant experience from start to finish from a very cheerful and helpful Jane on reception, the friendly dental assistants and onto Simona, my brilliant dentist. All in all a really first class dental practice and highly recommended.

I am so grateful for you seeing me! Thank you! As you can probably tell, in the past, a visit to the dentist has been 'unpleasant'. You have an amazing team down there. You should be very proud! (Back to original post-) This was my second visit to Totley Rise and I can honestly say I have never been so at ease when visiting a dentist before. Everyone is so friendly that you are immediately put at ease. The receptionist was very welcoming as was the dental nurse. It was the first time that I'd met Lily, my new dentist but was really impressed by the fact that she had already read my (complicated) notes and was prepared for me. I would happily recommend her to anyone. She was polite and professional and absolutely charming! She put me completely at ease and listened to everything I said. Thank you. Parking is easy and directly outside the practice. Opening hours differ but the practice opens at 8.30 everyday, opens late till 7.00 on a Monday and 6.00 on Tuesday and Wednesdays. I'm not sure if the building lends itself to being wheelchair friendly but it wouldn't surprise me if they had a plan in place for wheelchairs - maybe round the back. All in all, a very well deserved 5 stars.

I have always experienced really great treatment with this Dental practice and today was no exception, Nadia was friendly and put me at ease while addressing my dental needs. I have never been to a dentist in the past that has shown such care and patience in making coming to the dentist such a pleasure as Nadia and her team have always done.

I was a little late for my appointment but the team still managed to fit me in. Marius and the team are always professional and do their best to make you feel relaxed. My treatment went without a hitch, great service.

This practice runs smoothly, not keeping you waiting too long past your appointment time. Since joining I’ve always had my teeth cleaned by the dentist at the end of my examination. And included in my examination fee. Upon my recent visit. This wasn’t the case. The dentist said I needed the hygienist to clean them which I needed to pay private for. Which is £55. This is very different to the £26.

Following a referral from my own dentist back in 2021 for restorative treatment, this dental practice has changed my life. I cannot praise the whole team enough. In particular a shout out to Mike Ainsworth, the implantologist. He has the most calm composure and is the ultimate professional and perfectionist. He made me feel relaxed and reassured me every step of the way during my treatment. I now have the best smile! Thank you so much. The nursing team are to be commended too as they are so friendly and show empathy throughout. Also walking through the doors you are welcomed by the most friendliest reception and admin team. They greet you with a smile and help you to feel comfortable, and they have the best waiting room!! To top it they have a brilliant radio to listen to, this adds to the fabulous decor!! Thanks to all of you for everything!!! xx

Having been referred from my regular dentist regarding placement of implants, i was very nervous & essentially scared about the extensive work that needed to be carried out. I have always had a fear of dentist trips & worked myself up to the verge of panic attacks before every visit! Upon my fist visit to Stephen Godfrey Dental Care, i was greeted by the lovely reception team, who were amazing both on the phone & in person. I was referred to imlpantologist Mike Ainsworth in regards to implants & giving me the smile that i have wanted for years! Upon first meeting of Mike, he could see how nervous/scared i was & took this into account. He explained everything to me step by step & with so much patience! The equipment that they have is unbelievable & top of the range. There was a slight hiccup part way through my journey as i had managed to lose my current denture whilst on holiday, therefore knocking my confidence & didn't want to leave the house. I called the practice & they immediately moved my implant placement appointment forward & Mike moved some work around to get me an appointment the next day! I am honestly gob smacked by the level of service & care provided by everybody in this practice! My treatment isn't finished yet but i know that Mike is a perfectionist & i am in the best hands possible. The nursing team also deserve a huge shout out! I have had a couple of nurses over my visits (apologies i cannot remember their names), & they have both been absolutely incredible, friendly & so so reassuring. At one point she held my hand whilst the initial injections were done. Would also like to give a mention to the hygienist, Emma. She is very calm & patient & informative of the whole process. She has given me knowledge that i never had before & helped me with advice on how to better look after my teeth. The practice is very welcoming, clean & tidy. Very, very well equipped for any job required. A very relaxing waiting room that is kept very tidy & a comfy sofa/chairs to accommodate whilst you wait. I'm not even a quarter of the way through my journey but i no longer work myself up to a panic attack before my appointment & am so much more comfortable attending my appointments! I honestly cannot thank everybody enough!! If you want a friendly, non judgmental practice for your works to be carried out, i highly 100% recommend the whole team at Stephen Godfrey Dental Care!!

Referred here by my usual private dentist, had my mind blown and eyes opened by the thoroughness and standard of care here. Came in thinking a root canal and two teeth out, thanks to the CT scanner they have and the skill of the endodontist working here. It transpires the work I actually need is much more conservative than first thought. Big shout-out to Simon and his assistant for their professionalism and friendly attitude which put me at ease straight away as I was riddled with anxiety. Would 100% recommend this place. Looking forward to completing my treatment and returning to full health. Practice is clean, tidy and a pleasant place to be, waiting area very relaxing and the dental suites kitted out with the latest gear. Consultation somewhat pricey but worth every penny, I expect my visit here has saved me a pretty penny and discomfort going forward. Cannot reiterate how impressive this place is, got me in at the last second before a holiday too.

I came in today for emergency appointment being in severe pain. Malcolm and the team at Springmount Dental really made me feel welcome since popping in to enquire about options to improve the look of my smile prior to my wedding. The practice has a lovely atmosphere. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Having not visited a dentist for many years, I was very nervous but Greg was really kind and explained everything clearly. I left very happy and I am no longer nervous of visiting the dentist.

From walking through the door and the friendly professional greeting to walking out I am unable to fault my experience. This was my first visit and an emergency appointment as I was suffering from toothache. The dentist was very approachable did the tests and x-rays and gave me my options. I opted for removal. Never had one before, was quite anxious but the nurse put my mind at rest, 5 min later I was walking out, I honestly felt nothing. Highly recommended (dentist was, I believe called Greg)
