Having found ourselves needing a locksmith in an emergency while on holiday he dealt with everything for us, took time to recommend the best solutions, sending photos and checking before making any decisions and even cleaning up the mess that had been left by others for us! Had a problem with double patio doors since they were fitted. Difficult to open and lock. Finally one of the locks failed. Contacted Jonny and made an appointment with him, he was very accommodating as we had various commitments. A visit to see what was needed, then new locks fitted and doors adjusted to boot. Excellent outcome from a nice guy and tradesman.

Jon has done a couple of jobs for me now and never fails to impress. Most recently he responded super quickly to an attempted break in, made good the damaged lock, and then went above and beyond to replace the lock and add additional security.
