What a refreshing change to have a genuine and honest engineer/locksmith., Alan responded to me late at night and early hours as I was locked out my safe, I needed to my safe before a flight. Alan came when promised and spent a couple of hours getting into my safe after I had locked the combination inside. A good service and good value.

Alan saved me! My key snapped in a safe. 7 locksmiths looked at my key and said no chance. 2 tried to do it and failed. Alan was recommended to break the lock, told me he thinks he could cut the key and he did. He could’ve easily not done that and come and drilled the lock and charged me multiple figures more than he did by cutting the key! Cannot recommend him enough. He’s clearly a specialist in his field and on top of that, he has integrity and that is hard to come by! I will now only use Alan for any cutting/lock/safe issues going forward
