Thanks very much to Richard! The service was extremely professional from start to finish. My grandma, (in her 80s), had a problem with her window locking late on a Friday night. We were asked to provide photos to confirm if the parts would be available. We were given an update on the Monday as promised! Then Richard went look at the issue himself as promised and on time. The issue wasn't as bad as first thought. He found a solution and charged an extremely reasonable price. My grandma was very happy! Thank you! We would definitely recommend this company! Other companies quoted a price before even looking at what the issue was.

Highly recommended. I had purchased a new home and needed locks to be changed. I was very pleased that regardless of the number doors I had, I could have one key for all doors. Richard fitted a replacement front door lock for me today. I was impressed with his attitude and general demeanor. It was good to experience customer service of this quality - when many companies have forgotten the importance of treating people courteously. And he did a first class job very quickly.
