What a brilliant experience my sister had despite the crisis created when she found herself and her husband were locked out of their home due to a faulty front door lock. Joe Hall treated them with decency and respect which gave my sister and her husband confidence that he would respond promptly to their phone call. My house keys were stolen while out and I discovered this late at night. Having used Halls before a few years back, I called them at 10.45pm and Ben and Jake came straight out and met me at home. Both were reassuring and polite, and put me at ease straight away. Thankfully they were able to access my property for me really quickly and without having to change the locks, and with no damage to my door! A superb job all round, and it cost me considerably less than I initially thought it would, all of which I was so appreciative of!! So reassuring knowing that they really knew what they were doing. I can't recommend the firm enough, or Ben and Jake who were absolutely superb - I'm so glad I'd kept their number in my phone! 5* service! Thank you! 😊

I needed a last minute repair and was helped by John and Malcolm in store. Although the part I needed wasn’t available, John opened up boxes of delivered items, went through every lock in the showroom and even checked the stock on the vans. As he couldn’t find it, he kindly recommended another supplier, and we left feeling like we’d been given a great service. As we walked away John ran after us in the street, and shouted to say he thought he’d found a solution, which it turns out he did! He even fitted the part for us free of charge. People like this are so rare in this world. Can’t recommend Halls highly enough. Go and support them!

Quick, friendly service both times I needed them. Today Joe came to look at a lock they had fitted a few months ago that was sticking, made some quick adjustments and didn't charge me. Great service, thoroughly recommend.
