Absolutely brilliant service 5 star!!!!! I had a new door fitted from Safestyle last year, they have now gone bust - no wonder! I had to have Safestyle back to the door 5 times, still did not resolve the issue, kept getting locked in or out of my property, they then sent another locksmith in from a agency, he said he had resolved to situation, but no, continued to get either locked in or locked out of my property and this has happened 5 times in the last week, the locking mechanism was not working, then all of a sudden it would release. Ken and his son Kenny came out to me today at short notice, spent ages on the door and frame, taking hinges off, adjusting everything and pointed out it had never been fitted into the frame correctly in the first place! The door was leaning to the left in the frame, Kenny adjusted absolutely everything, Kenny and his dad Ken are absolutely brilliant, can’t thank them enough and are really reasonable on what they charge! I can wholeheartedly recommend them, they went over and above resolving my issue, thank you 🙏👏❤️

Very pleasant and helpful person arrives as scheduled and fixed my remote... Price was very reasonable. GB Lock & Key Locksmiths great service, highly recommend them! Gave them a call and they managed to book us the very next day! We had them replace our door handle and door mechanism. He was very polite and carried out the work to a very high standard, completed the work quickly and cleanly. No complaints very happy overall! :)

Locksmith, Gal, answered the phone promptly and was able to get to us pretty quickly. He discussed various options for new locks and explained the merits of the different locks which he fitted efficiently. I was very pleased with the service and he even cut me a new car key whilst he was there. Overall a great service, would recommend and use again.

Gal responded quickly and was very helpful when my door lock failed to open and I found myself stuck outside of my house. He arrived within the hour, got me into the house and helpfully sent the information about what he had done and his recommendations for a long term fix so that I could take them to my landlord. I had a problem with one of my UPVC French doors not locking, and being relatively new to the area had no idea who to call. Following a Goole search found Tim, and within a couple of hours of initial call he was on the scene, assessed the need for a new internal mechanism and ordered the parts. He also realigned the doors properly, and refused any payment until the next day, when the parts arrived. Kept me in the loop, arrived and sorted out the repair with minimal fuss. Really great service, and highly recommended to anyone in the area needing a friendly and efficient locksmith.

Needed an emergency gain entry and lock change on a Sunday. Very accommodating, arrived very quickly, really friendly. No messing around, all done and cleaned up in 20 mins. Adjusted the door to sit better at the same time even though he did not need to. Excellent price considering for a standard lock change, absolute bargain for an emergency. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Tim was very helpful recently when a customer of mine locked himself out of his room with valuable possessions inside. Unfortunately I was (at the same time) called out to another emergency out of County. Despite being "out of hours" Tim was poised and ready to go within minutes and headed out to the customer, arriving in about 20 minutes. Tim was able to pick open the lock which allowed the cylinder to be used on a key when the "in hours" staff returned - this made the job cheaper for the customer who had made a simple mistake. Thank you Tim and I will happily recommend him for any locksmith work in the future.
