They replaced our roof last year and we have had absolutely no issues since, they where always happy to answer my silly questions. I called on Roofline Services as I had two large flat roofs in need of renewal from felt to fiber glass, I also needed all the moss removed from the front of my property + fascias , upvc windows cleaned, ridge tiles renewed etc sorted in fact you name it and my roof needed it done. After meeting Maurice I felt confident Roofline were capable to sort all the work / repairs I needed to restore my roof to my satisfaction. I was also planning to have a solar system fitted to my flat roof after all the work was completed, I was very impressed with how Maurice and his team in the way they cooperated with the solar installers regards fixings for the panels and cable runs so as to allow a neat installation for me. Called Luke on Wednesday, he was round and had fixed it on Thursday within half an hour. Really nice chap, very professional and will be keeping him on speed dial just in case! We discovered after the storms we had a ridge tile blown off but sitting on the roof. I called Affordable Roofing and call was answered and was told somebody would be round to quote, i got a courtesy call back to let me know someone would be with me within 30 minutes to quote, withing 90 minutes i had the quote which was very reasonable and they were able to repair the ridge tile on same visit. I have no hesitation in recommending Adam Grasby Roofing to anyone who needs roofing work. The service I received was amazingly professional from the outset. The quote for the work was very competitive compared with others we received and it is also very helpful that Grasby Roofing can provide a scaffolding service as well if required.The whole process was super efficient. Although this was a relatively small job, the scaffolding went up, the work was carried out and the scaffolding came down within a period of one week. The quality of the work was excellent and I intend to use Grasby roofing in the future which is highly likely as we have a period Georgian house with the original roof which is susceptible to tile and Kent peg slippage in high winds. I had a leak in my roof causing water ingress in several places. John came out and assessed the problem the same day and gave me a quote on the spot. He was very reassuring and within a couple of days, a member of his team came out and resolved the issue. Photographs and a clear explanation of the work carried out were provided.
