We discovered after the storms we had a ridge tile blown off but sitting on the roof. I called Affordable Roofing and call was answered and was told somebody would be round to quote, i got a courtesy call back to let me know someone would be with me within 30 minutes to quote, withing 90 minutes i had the quote which was very reasonable and they were able to repair the ridge tile on same visit. Highly recommend Affordable roofing, all the guys were polite and professional and reasonable priced and will definetlely use them again

John was quick to provide a quote.Materials,skip and scaffold all in place by an agreed start date. The team of workers are a credit to him.They arrived on time were courteous and polite.Soon set about their task and in no time had all roof tiles,baton and old roof felt removed. New felt and batons were quickly installed along with the flashing and tiling. All done within a day ahead of schedule.A good job,well done.

I had a great experience working with Tony Pye from AM roofing, great communication, great time keeping and very polite with most importantly a very great job with a great finish and very tidy for a good price. I had a new rubber roof installed with a great finish around two roof lanterns with neat trims and lead flashing into the exiting house. Very good job and a very happy customer.

We have used this company for roof and chimney works on 3 properties on 4 occasions. From estimate through to job completion, site clearing and invoicing I thoroughly recommend. On some occasions they have given a suggestion that saved me money rather than max money out of me for the job. Very difficult with roof and chimney work to verify work needed and done but Alan and his team have provided before and after photos. A very satisfied customer, thank you.

Simon is a reliable, accountable, knowledgeable, hard-working, experienced roofer, who’s very good at communicating so that you know what’s happening each day and what’ll be done when. He swept up daily, and kept the place as tidy and clean as possible while the roofing work was in progress. We’re very happy with the result! We would highly recommend him for roofing, roofing repairs and building maintenance and repair work. Great attention to detail and reasonably priced too.

I called on Roofline Services as I had two large flat roofs in need of renewal from felt to fiber glass, I also needed all the moss removed from the front of my property + fascias , upvc windows cleaned, ridge tiles renewed etc sorted in fact you name it and my roof needed it done. After meeting Maurice I felt confident Roofline were capable to sort all the work / repairs I needed to restore my roof to my satisfaction. I was also planning to have a solar system fitted to my flat roof after all the work was completed, I was very impressed with how Maurice and his team in the way they cooperated with the solar installers regards fixings for the panels and cable runs so as to allow a neat installation for me. Excellent service from start to finish. I came home to find bits of my roof had fallen into my upstairs hallway. Roofline came promptly the next day and were able to provide immediate reassurance and a clear quote which was good value. When doing the work the team arrived on time and were exceedingly polite and respectful. They cleaned up thoroughly after they had finished including the inside of the loft. Very professional. Good communication and work carried out quickly and efficiently. I had all felt and battens replaced as badly needed renewing. All tiles removed, cleaned and put back into place. All rubbish cleared and site left clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using this company in the future.

Shopped around & decided to use this Co. So glad I did. The quote for the job, was just that.No hidden extras. No hard sell. Courteous, professional & a fabulous overall job. Existing tiles were reused to save costs. They scrubbed them up, so roof looks almost new. Highly recommend this company. John the boss, is a nice chappie as well.
